From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt well cared for by the friendly staff. Gary at the front desk was especially kind and patient, making me feel welcomed. The hygienist and dental assistant were also wonderful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I knew what to expect and what I might need later. It really made my visit a positive experience.

This is, hands down, the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited. The level of professionalism here is truly beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, but I want to give a special shout-out to Gilberto Sumaya, Sonia Erquiaga, and Gary. Their cultural awareness and genuine care made me feel completely at ease and respected throughout my entire visit. It is rare to find a team that is both highly skilled and so personally attentive. I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family!

Dr. Yu and Ashley were amazing for daughter’s dental appointment today ! We had switched because of a bad experience. They listened to us and reassured us, it will be ok. They listened to our concerns and put us at ease. The front staff Gary is amazing. You feel like you’re an old friend coming for a visit. I love the bright colored instruments. It feels very friendly and cheerful! I highly recommend this office - The Hub Plaza in San Bernardino!

I’ve visited Hub Plaza Dental Group three times now, and every experience has been consistently excellent, especially when it comes to customer service. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude that immediately puts you at ease. The office has a great atmosphere too, with a variety of music genres playing that make the environment feel relaxed and comfortable. What really stands out is how transparent and respectful they are about pricing. They clearly break down the cost of procedures without any pressure, and they offer flexible payment options, which I really appreciate. Dr. Mayberry was honest and straightforward with his diagnosis, which made me feel confident and informed about my dental care. The dental hygienist also went above and beyond, constantly checking in during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The office itself is very clean, well sanitized, and even smells pleasant, which adds to the overall positive experience. It’s also a big plus that the team speaks Spanish fluently, making it accessible to more patients. I highly recommend Hub Plaza Dental Group to anyone looking for a dental offic

My experience here was very good! Gary at front desk was very friendly and I felt at ease. Gil my dental hygienist was very professional and made me feel good about my teeth. I’ve had others at other offices make me feel bad like I wasn’t doing a good job on my dental health and cleaning. Dr. Mayberry was top notch and did my crown very well and I loved being able to get it the same day. I was suffering from a toothache and he figured out what the problem was and was able to do it same day so I didn’t have to make a return trip. The whole staff here is very friendly and professional. Even though I had to drive further, I would recommend them for all my family and friends. They get a five star from me!
