After months of dental pain and frustration , Dr. El- Dahdah finally got my bite right and significantly reduced my pain. He was incredibly patient, listened carefully, and took the time to make small adjustments, letting me rest between each one to make sure everything felt comfortable. For the first time in a long time , I left a prosthodontist’s appointment feeling hopeful and comfortable. I also want to recognize his assistant, Alma. She is calm, kind, and exceptionally skilled.She and Dr. El-Dahdah make a wonderful team. I highly recommend Dr. El-Dahdah to anyone looking for a prosthodontist who truly listens and cares about getting it right.

I wish there was a way for me to give this practice 1000 Stars! Dr. Al Dahdah is a blessing to his practice and to ALL those he treats. He has an amazing bedside manner . . . the most caring attitude . . . and a wonderful personality that makes you feel like family. I was freaking out about a 'tooth incident' and the way he handled it was not just good . . . it was PURE PERFECTION! The Dental Hygienist, Jessica, is one of the BEST in her profession. I can almost feel my teeth 'sighing' after she was done cleaning them. I have decided to call her the 'Tooth Whisperer' :-)

Dr Saab and Dr El-Dahdah are both amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and are gentle with their care. Their staff is also wonderful and caring. All of them make you feel welcomed and treat you as if you were their only patient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great care and caring people!!

I had initially consulted with another practice, which had suggested an extreme, unnecessary treatment. After sitting down and taking the time to do proper research, I ended up finding Houston Prosthodontic Specialists, and I'm so glad I did. When it comes to these types of services, you want to know who you are going to be working with. I found that Dr. Saab is heavily active outside of the practice, hosting presentations, being a speaker at conferences, and teaching live classes. Dr. Gittleman, another doctor at the practice holds 20 patents in the dental field. As if this wasn't enough, their practiced is well-equipped, having an in-house lab. My initial consultation went great, and upon meeting the friendly team and Dr. Saab, I knew they were going to be my dentist moving forward. I was presented 2 treatment plans, and was never pressured on anything. On my day of treatment (extractions), Dr Saab did an outstanding job. While it was a tiny bit uncomfortable due to the nature of the procedure, I never experienced any type of pain during or after the extractions. I highly recommend Houston Prosthodontic Specialists and Dr. Saab. They are true professionals dedicated to their
