My experience at Floss Midtown was exceptional! From appointment check-in to the deep cleaning it was great service all around. The dental hygienist, Andy and assistant, Brisa did great work, taking their time and listening to my concerns. And Dr. Castillo. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I had an amazing experience at FLOSS Dental of Houston Midtown! I just had my teeth cleaned, and the entire visit exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. The office is modern, spotless, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely cared for. I left with my teeth feeling incredibly clean and my smile looking great. I highly recommend FLOSS Dental of Houston Midtown to anyone looking for a dental office that provides excellent care and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at this dental office. They started my appointment on time, and the service was efficient from start to finish. My hygienist, Andy, did an amazing job—he was very thorough with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The doctor was excellent as well, taking the time to explain my X-rays and answer my questions. Overall, the entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this office!

Had a consultation today. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very warm and friendly. Let’s be honest, dentist offices are not a place you can “relax”….! But it was a very wonderful experience. I’ve always hated going to the dentist. But the staff was so kind and warm. It felt like a spa visit! Thank you all for everything. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Friendly staff, very professional, a lil pricey. But does practice the lost art of customer service. Always putting your mind at ease.
