Really good service. There was a really big difference when went in and left out. I recommend this dentistry if you are close by or live in the same area.

Very happy with their service! The doctor & her assistant are the nicest & most caring people. They really take interest in your well being. Always checking on you. I'm really thankful to them.

Wanted a routine cleaning, got nothing. All they care about is milking insurance money. Mercedes, the assistant, is extremely insistent.. one of those people who can't take no for an answer. I had to reschedule my appointment and she didn't make it easy. Went with my wife, we were the only ones there. With insignificant paperwork (social media release/cons my forms and hefty cancellation fees), X-rays and an exam (not requested), and offers of over 1k in cleaning treatments (heard it all before), they took all the time in the world. I had knee surgery over a month ago so they refused to clean my teeth. 2 HOURS IN, they were just about to start cleaning my wife's teeth. By then, it was too late. They argued that it takes 1.5 hours for each patient on a 1st visit. How is that possible for a routine cleaning? Even after they denied to clean mine?? Then, they have the audacity to tell me that it was because it was late during the day (see attached screenshot). Completely unprofessional, blatantly in for your insurance money, and just another scam of many in San Diego. DON'T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Thank you so much Dr. Spencer. It is an amazing experience and I am glad my husband introduced me to you. Dr. Spencer you are warm and you care a lot. The advice you give me about my dental care and health is another level. It may not be enough with words to express my appreciation. Over all we, my family have a wonderful experiences. We feel like welcome and get the best service. We rely on you with no doubt what so ever that your advice pour from heart to our best interest. I may go on and on if I start. But one thing I would like to highlight and recommend everyone if you need to get bridge DO IT WITH Dr. Spencer she knows what she is doing with so much passion. As a person who worked for the Dental industry for six years on and off, this practice is probably the most well run practice I’ve ever been part of as from the perspective of both patient and staff member. Dr. Spencer, Mercedes, and Ana have been my dental providers for just over a year. Fortunately even through three job changes, I’ve been able to maintain a relationship with Dr. Spencer because they go above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of from making my appointment to processing my claim. Please do not listen to the other reviews. I genuinely love coming to the practice because I know I’m going to be greeted with authentic quality care. Yes, procedures take time, but all the ladies educate me on why I need my treatments, from cleanings (regular prophylaxis to deep scaling and root planing treatment. The more time spent in the practice means better quality care, especially in dentistry. Dr. Spencer is so motherly, caring about all her patients and remembers everything I talk about between every three month appointment. Mercedes is sweet and wants to ensure you feel comfortable because Dentistry is scary and intimate. Ana is an aspiring dental hygienist and is a sweethea
