Went to HP Dental expecting basic service... like checking eligibility. Apparently that was too much to ask. The energy was off from the start and left feeling completely dismissed and unwelcome. asked if they accepted Medi-Cal the older front desk clerk said not for new patients, I then asked well what kind of Medi-Cal do you take ? She said from your job so handed her a old card that was in my wallet and told her that this probably is not the provider anymore but was willing to give her my SSN to check. AND SHE REFUSED TO! Without anything kind of eligibility check she asked the younger clerk something she looked at the OLD card and then stated that my insurance is out of their network.. Now how would you know that if you never checked the computer. I feel like she was being very racist and bias. It's 2026 professionalism and equal treatment shouldn't be optional. Do better.

This place is the best Dentist I’ve been to in my 30 years of living, no joke. They are extremely organized and professional. The office is clean and in a good location in Little Saigon with pretty easy residential parking off of the main road, also conveniently located off several bus lines. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment, sometimes they even take me upon arrival even when I’m early. The office is really good at scheduling and they have proactively called me every 6 months to remind me to schedule my regular cleaning so I don’t need to remind myself. The dentist and dental hygienists are all really nice and professional, with great bedside manners, and they patiently give me advice and answer any questions I have in detail. I’ve been in and out under 45 minutes, which is unheard of elsewhere. Come here if you want a high-quality, professional, and painless experience at the dentist!

I had a very pleasant experience with HP Dental Group. I went in for the first time a few weeks ago for a routine check up and cleaning but came out much more knowledgable and invested in my oral hygiene. Dr. Le was extremely personable, polite, and informative. He walked me through the entire process and explained to me in detail about my x-rays, photographs, and action steps I could take to make sure I am in good health. I would definitely visit again!

I've been taking my family to HP Dental Group for the last several years after our former dentist turned his practice into a "dental spa". I love the fact that HP Dental is thorough and meticulous in their work, and appropriately conservative in their treatment recommendations. It is easy to get an appointment, and their front office staff is friendly. Dr. Le is quite engaging - he's a foodie and has great restaurant recommendations!

I have all my dental work done here at this office the last 23 plus year. All doctors and staff here are very professional, honest and down to earth. This is a big group practice. They have about 5 doctors at any given time. My kids and I have works done here all their lives, with various doctors and they all are very happy here. Doctors are very kind, gentle and professional. They truly care about you and not just about your money. The office is clean, beautiful, classy and everything is digitized: charting, X-rays and all patients' forms. I love that everything is paperless and that you can fill out all those forms via iPad. Everything are so high tech. It's classy and yet the price is extremely reasonable. I've heard that The lab they use are very high quality. They do provide the best quality dental care here. I highly recommend this place.
