I initially spoke on the phone with a lady at the front desk to ask for a general price range for a filling and a root canal. Since she wasn’t able to answer my questions, she transferred my call to Dr. Murat. I explained that this would be my first time needing these procedures and that I simply wanted to know a general price range or a starting cost. I completely understand that an exact price cannot be given without an examination. However, instead of explaining this professionally, Dr. Murat responded in a condescending tone and asked if I was an Uber driver. He then compared my question to an Uber driver estimating the cost of a trip, making me feel as though my question was unreasonable. As someone who has never needed dental treatment like this before, I was only trying to understand what to expect. When I politely told Dr. Murat that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me, he replied, “I have work to do,” and ended the call. I’m not leaving this review because I wasn’t given an exact price. I’m leaving it because of how I was treated. Our company entered into a signed agreement with Dr. Murat’s office to design and develop a new website. Based on assurances that payment would be processed upon completion, we completed the work and prepared the website for launch. When payment was due, the payment method provided could not be successfully processed. We were subsequently assured that updated payment information would be provided and that the project would proceed, but despite multiple follow-ups, the outstanding balance of approximately $1,800 USD for completed work remains unpaid. The project was later cancelled after the work had already been completed, leaving our company responsible for the time and resources invested into the project. This review reflects our experience as a vendor working with Dr. Murat and his office. We encourage other vendors and service providers to ensure payment arrangements are secured before beginning work.

I had dental implant, root canal treatment, and crowns done by Dr. Murat, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, he explained every step clearly and made me feel very comfortable and confident. The whole process was smooth and virtually painless. The results exceeded my expectations both aesthetically and functionally. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I’m a bit taken aback at the moment. I was scheduled to come in later today to fill a cavity and replace a crown. I’ve been in pain since I saw Dr Murat last week and he put me off until today so I’ve been trying my best to deal with things. I was looking forward to getting this issue resolved so as to no longer deal with pain and irritation. I then received a call from his receptionist (who sounded as though she just woke up) stating they were canceling my appointment. I asked when I could reschedule and her reply was…..no, we are not going to reschedule you. Ok?! So for whatever reason I’ve been drop kicked as a patient with zero explanation and now I’m left to scramble to find another dentist to handle matters. What a joke! If you’re considering visiting this office as a new patient I would think twice. The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I’m attaching a letter of termination Dr Murat’s office emailed me. Let me preface by stating that what he told me after my exam and X-rays is contradictory to what he’s now outlining in his letter. He told me I simply had a cavity and needed a crown replaced. That’s it. Now he’s stating I have other far more concerning

I came in today for a difficult tooth extraction. The dentist, Murat, was very friendly, as if we'd been friends for 40 years. I felt right at home. My assistant, Sude, was very helpful with the paperwork. Serap was also very helpful. The fees were very reasonable. I'd love to see Murat again, not just about my dental problems, but for a productive conversation. I recommend him to everyone. Murat and his team are very professional and deserve 5 stars.
