I highly recommend Dr Alex Basti & his team. I've been a patient for years & have always received the highest level of care and expertise. Dr Basti is not only gentle & highly skilled., he is also a perfectionist and it shows in his beautiful work. Everyone is friendly & helpful; it's always a very positive experience. Last week they raised the bar when I had a dental emergency, Melissa is wonderful & was able to arrange an immediate appointment & assist Dr Basti in restoring my tooth. I was in & out in an hour. Amazing! Thank you Dr Basti, Melissa & team for the wonderful, timely care.

I rarely write reviews, but this office absolutely deserves one. After living in this area for over 20 years, I can honestly say I’ve finally found my dentist. Anyone who knows me knows there are three things that matter most to me: my faith in Jesus, my family, and exceptional customer service. When I receive great customer service, I make sure everyone around me hears about it—and that’s exactly how I feel about Dr. Basti and his team. I first visited this office before COVID for a complimentary consultation. I remember leaving with one thought: This doctor really knows what he’s doing, and he genuinely cares about his patients. Life happened, time passed, and when I decided to return, I discovered they had moved. I searched until I found them again because that first impression stayed with me. I’m so glad I did. They did not disappoint. Dr. Basti takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable. His team is warm, and professional. If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and provides outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Dr. Basti and his team. I’m grateful to have finally found my dental home.

I love Dr. Basti’s office! Always professional and they offer a.wide range of services for your dental care needs! I love that I can get a crown done in one visit as they can make the crown as you wait. Also, my son will not go to any other dentist as he said, Dr. Basti can give me a shot anytime - funny for a person who has anxiety going to see the dentist! Thank you for always making our visits so pleasant!

Dr. Basti and his office staff is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The space is clean and high tech and everyone I interacted with had great people skills and you could tell the staff worked really well with each other. Thank you for making me comfortable and explaining the process, bravo ;)

The entire team from front reception, dental hygienist, dental assistant are quite professional, friendly and efficient. Dental X-rays, and other images are all digital. Dr. Alex Basti explained the initial overall dental health (much like a complete physical exam with a physician), and pointed to areas that needed work. Without mentioning this in my dental history, he noted prior tooth extraction for orthodontic work. One 40+ year old amalgam filling on tooth no.19 has shown signs of deterioration and needed a full crown. I was able to meet with him another day to discuss options, including preserving as much of healthy tooth structure as possible. Consent and itemized billing, including patient's cost are done digitally a few days before. On the day of actual procedure, the staff also scheduled deep cleaning to the left half since the area is already under regional local anesthesia and milling the ceramic crown will take roughly 60 minutes. This allows for efficient use of time . The process of making the ceramic crown digitally was explained in detail including the process of creating a 3D of the crown, showing areas that may need more material and correction. All final adju
