Arrived for my appointment. Got my blood pressure taken and was told to sit directly outside the doctor’s office room. Sat there for over an hour past my appointment time patiently. I decided to cancel my appointment with the receptionist. Receptionist checked in with the nurse and was told that they called my name multiple times. We literally were sitting right outside the room, it’s on the cameras. No one came out to call for my name. They said they took in another patient and I would have to wait a bit longer to see the doctor. I just canceled and got a refund. Supervisor asked me for my receipt, I wasn’t given one. The receptionist rudely stated I did not ask for one. She was especially not understanding about my cancellation, I’m glad the supervisor helped me to cancel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you are on medi-cal and got assigned this PCP, CHANGE IT! This is either a fraudulent medical center or catastrophically mismanaged. I made an appointment a month ago and showed up on time. When I checked in, they told me my appointment was cancelled at 7:30am but I received no notification. As I complained about it, I received a cancellation text - 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I believe they are running a tax fraud scheme and collecting money based on the number of patients while cancelling as many appointments as possible. The employee parking lot was full, while the patient lot was empty. I asked to be rescheduled and their first availability was in October- 2 months after my initial call to schedule an appointment.

I have had WONDERFUL care each time I've come to Glendale Health Center. Recently, I've needed to come for an injury, and ever since the first visit, the front desk attendant was so helpful, my doctor was so knowledgeable and efficient, and the woman doing my intake forms was just as efficient and patient. Even this most recent visit, Martha was so sweet and skilled with taking my blood. Could not have been placed in better care to keep me calm. So, thank you very much to Dr Millan, Mehlina, Shushan, Wendell and Martha. You all are the best and I am so thankful I've been placed in your care.

Absolutely appalled at the level of professionalism this places does NOT have. My appointment was made over a month ago. Got a call yesterday afternoon confirming my 8am appointment. My dive is 30+ mins. I get 3 minutes from the clinic and receive a text saying so sorry my provider won’t be available today. That’s at 7:50am. I walk into the clinic anyway to speak with someone and the woman at the front desk immediately knew my issue as soon as I opened my mouth. I asked is this normal practice and she smirked and shook her head yes. Not only is this inconsiderate practice but they are leaving hundreds of people vulnerable. I will be filing formal complaints with every board possibly associated with this location.

Negligent & Unethical – Avoid This Facility I am extremely disappointed with the careless and unethical practices at Glendale Health Center. This facility is not only failing to provide proper medical care but is also engaging in fraudulent activity by charging insurance without delivering services. My 79-year-old father, who is undergoing chemotherapy and has complex health issues, needed urgent medical attention. Due to his fragile condition, he cannot wait for hours in an emergency room. Despite explaining the urgency—reporting loss of consciousness, falls, and an abnormally fast heartbeat—the clinic refused to schedule an emergency appointment. Instead, they gave an appointment more than a month later. As we neared the date, they arbitrarily postponed it by another month, without my consent or consideration of the emergency. This reckless rescheduling shows that they do not value their patients’ time or health. This facility is playing with people’s lives while likely continuing to bill insurance for services never provided. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and responsibility is unacceptable. If you care about your health or the health of your loved ones, stay far
