I have been going to this hospital for quite some time, and every visit leaves me very satisfied. The staff are true professionals who treat patients with care and attention. The hospital is always clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight one staff member — Maral. She is very kind, responsive, and always ready to help. She finds an approach to every person, offers support, and explains everything clearly and calmly. It is obvious that she loves her job and performs it at the highest level. Every time I visit, I leave with only positive impressions. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, and special thanks to Maral for her care and kindness!

My boys have been patients of Dr. Cook for nearly seven years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. The entire team of medical assistants have always been kind and supportive, especially Adriana, who has been helping our family for several years. It’s also wonderful to see so many familiar faces among the longtime medical assistants. We truly appreciate the excellent care and are grateful to be part of the CCHC family.

My daughter was very impressed with Dr. Angie Cook and her assistant, Adriana. From the moment we arrived, they were both kind, welcoming, and professional. A few weeks ago, I contacted your center to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. Your staff collected my date of birth and other personal information and gave me an appointment. In the days leading up to the appointment, I received several text messages asking me to confirm that I would attend. I confirmed my appointment multiple times, including the day before. I was also sent a link to complete online intake forms. Because I am an albino with congenital low vision, completing these forms was difficult and time-consuming, but I still completed all of them. The afternoon before my appointment, your office called again to confirm that I would attend on June 16. I confirmed once more and informed the caller that all required forms had already been completed. However, on the morning of my appointment, shortly before 9:00 a.m., I received a call informing me that my appointment had been cancelled. The caller spoke very quickly and provided little explanation. At first, I understood that the doctor who was supposed to see me was no longer with the practice.
