I had my first appointment at Frisco Dental Studio today for a routine dental cleaning, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The front desk team was incredibly kind and friendly, and the entire office has a calm, harmonious atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary comfort menu they offer at check-in. You can choose little extras like a cozy blanket, a warm neck pillow, aromatherapy, or even a topical numbing gel for your gums to make the cleaning more comfortable. It’s such a thoughtful way to make patients feel cared for. When I was taken to my room, I absolutely loved the mountain theme. The wallpaper, the personalized welcome screen with a beautiful mountain image, and the stunning scenery of mountains from around the world playing on the ceiling TV created such a peaceful and relaxing environment. Dr. Rahman was wonderful. He took the time to show me and explain my dental health in a simple, easy-to-understand way. I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The dentist did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. What impressed me the most was how accommodating the team was. They knew I didn't want to miss the USA soccer game, so they let me watch it during my appointment. That thoughtful gesture made me feel so comfortable and turned what could have been a stressful visit into an enjoyable one. It's not often you find a dental office that combines excellent dental care with such genuine customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

First time at Frisco Dental Studio, and I absolutely loved my experience! From the moment I booked my appointment, Bianca was incredibly helpful. She kept me informed about my insurance, sent convenient text reminders, and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. I really appreciated how easy she made the entire process. Jasmyne was my hygienist (to be fair, I did follow her here from my previous office 😆), and she was amazing as always! She genuinely cares about her patients’ oral health and always goes above and beyond to make sure they have a comfortable experience and leave happy. Dr. Zeenat was my dentist, and she immediately made me feel comfortable discussing my treatment. She thoroughly explained every option available to me, answered all of my questions—big or small—and made sure I left with treatment plans for each option. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how clearly she explained everything. Overall, everyone at the office was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I had such a positive experience and am definitely looking forward to coming back for future visits. I highly recommend Frisco Dental Studio!
