Absolutely adore Dr. De Paoli and his team. Had my full X-rays and cleaning with Alex and she was amazing, made me feel very comfortable. Alison is always so great with finding an appointment for me late in the evenings and super good about letting me know if a spot opens up and getting me in sooner, when needed.Best dentist and best team!!

I had my first visit with Dr. De Paoli and was really happy with the experience. Alison, at the front desk, was really friendly and helpful with getting everything the visit set up. The hygienist, Kelsey, took her time and did a thorough job on the cleaning. She also explained everything as it was happening (X-rays and scans). Dr. De Paoli was very personable and went through everything with me and never made me feel rushed.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and was a bit nervous about going to a new dental office. Alison immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. Alex explained what and why she was doing something before she did it which helped me be at ease. She was efficient without making me feel rushed. Dr. De Paoli was informative and friendly and helped me not be embarrassed about my teeth. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to my next visit.

Love this office. I’m have Invisalign’s and every-time I come in everyone is always happy and so helpful from the front desk to Dr. DPaoli. I want to specifically give a shout out to Dolce. She is super sweet, always makes me feel comfortable in the chair and fyi the dentist office always terrified me. Thank you for always making my experience so stress free.

You know no one really likes to go to the dentist. At least that’s how I felt until I found Dr. Ernest De Paoli at Advanced Smiles in Frisco. Dr. De Paoli and his staff are some of the most welcoming and thoughtful professionals I have ever come across. From the hygienist Alex to the office manager Alison to Dr. De Paoli himself, I felt heard and respected. The practice seems more like a family and when you go there, you’re part of it. Take my word for it, you will not find a better dental practice!
