Terrible customer service. Some dont even speak english. Waited a hour and a half from my appointment time.

Don’t even try to go to this place I went to fix one tooth on the right side, which the dr she didn’t touch it and said there is a root canal need to be done on left side and let more than one person trying to take x rays for more than an hour just to take x rays and then after she worked on my tooth she put temporary filling and said she will see me in 2 weeks after she get the approval from my insurance and the filling fall off the next day and it been more than a month leaving me without continuing my treatment even I called my insurance and they stated she didn’t send c rays or explanation for this treatment and asked me to contact the clinic to send all the info I keep calling and her assistant having an attitude and saying she busy to follow up with insurance or to bring me back to control that pain and leaving my tooth with a hole for real she doesn’t deserve to be a doctor, please don’t go to this place they don’t know what they doing and specially the lady dr, it was my biggest mistake to trust her to touch my teeth, I’m still in pain trying to find another place to fix the mess she did to me and control the pain I have

I was making an appointment for both my mom, sister, and me and while calling, I'm guessing I didn't speak rude enough bc one of the staff that was on the phone with me to make the appointment then hanged up. I had to put my mom to make the appointment for the staff to show some respect. Also, they called back yesterday to confirm the appointment at a certain time just that I didn't catch the date and I asked what date and then they were all like "Girl" and didn't say anything else. I decided to hang up because I knew the call wasn't going to go anywhere beyond that. Lack of professionalism and rudeness from their part.

DO NOT I REPEAT COME HERE my daughter went to a new dentist because we moved, and found out that they were charging for services my daughter never got. And now that she needs work on those teeth new dentist has to send proof this office never worked on them they will rip you off and charge for things they did not do. If you been here please find out what they send to medical and get a new dentist!!!!!!!! Fraud

I don't usually do reviews because I feel everyone has a different experience but this place I would not recommend. I know that I have issues with my teeth and I finally made it into a Dentist office after 2 years and let me tell you this office was so unprofessional not only did the staff seem like they had no idea what they were doing but the Dr herself made me feel so uncomfortable. She kept shaking her head when looking at my x-rays on the screen and kept calling me "mami" and made me feel so embarassed making statements like "oh no mami your teeth are bad what are you doing?", " You're too young for your teeth to be this bad. You might have to get dentures" "I don't think I can help you, I don't even want to touch them" she even had her assistant take pictures of my loose tooth for liability purposes as she said, just in case it fell out so that I couldn't blame her office.She had multiple people coming in and out of the room I was in looking at my x-rays like shaming me, she didn't even explain that i had a gum disease just said my gums are bad and tgat she doesn't do gums, so I asked her for a recommendation to another office that would be able to help I found out I have a
