I had a great experience at this endodontic office. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant, and the X-ray technician was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She adjusted the X-ray settings to the lowest radiation level, similar to what they use for children, which made me feel much more comfortable. Dr. Nicole Shinbori took the time to explain all of my treatment options clearly and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. I truly felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

I was pleased with the car. I got at Endo Care in Oakland. I am legally blind, and was helped all along the way by the women who worked there. Once in the treatment room, I was very impressed with Dr. Shah;s furnace, patience, kindness, and knowledge I was able to save a tooth. Her sister, Danielle was wonderful, and I felt like I was in good competent hands throughout the treatment. I particularly love that the office i woman run. It was nice to hear laughter from the staff. I felt well cared for, and well treated. I highly recommend this team.

Dr Rezai and staff were fantastic. I was scheduled for a consultation and wound up getting a root canal the same day an hour later. I explained how sensitive my teeth were and Dr Rezai made sure my procedure went pain free, which it did. The cost was explained upfront, no hidden or added fees. I highly recommend Dr. Rezai for your next root canal. Another added bonus, they accept Met Life dental HMO and new patience. A rare find.

I love the EndoCare Group! When I learned that I needed a root canal I asked my dentist to refer me back to them, as they had cared for me once before and I had a really good experience. Dr. Shinbori treated me both times that I have visited and she is amazing. From costs to the details of the procedure, they explain everything very thoroughly and the staff is friendly and super helpful. They also check-in on you post procedure to make sure that you are doing well. I could not be more satisfied with my care!

Very efficient and experienced staff. Endodontist was very experienced, reassuring about what to expect. Root canal took about 1 hr in chair to complete. Most importantly, she acknowledges my sensitivity to Ibuprofen because of an earlier stomach ulcer. I chose not to use the Tylenol given me and two days after the procedure I have yet to suffer any pain. I highly recommend this Dr. and staff for competent, knowledgeable root canal work it I hope never to need again.
