I cracked a tooth during dinner, causing unbearable pain. This was at 6 pm on a Saturday night. They were able to get me in right away. I ended up having to get a crown. The Dentist, Dr Ramirez and the Hygienist, Sarah were amazing. They were compassionate and kind, always checking on me to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend EDC USA.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Elizabeth Spitzer and her assistant, Sarah (I apologize if I have her name slightly wrong). I went into my emergency appointment in the worst pain of my life, and on top of that, I have severe dental anxiety because of past traumatic experiences. From the moment they walked into the room, they treated me with genuine compassion and kindness. They never made me feel rushed or judged. Dr. Spitzer took the time to explain every step before she did anything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. Her assistant was just as amazing, constantly reassuring me, checking on me, and helping me stay calm throughout the entire procedure. Their patience and professionalism made a situation I had been dreading so much easier to get through. It’s rare to find healthcare providers who not only excel at what they do but also truly care about how their patients are feeling. They turned one of the most painful and anxiety-filled experiences of my life into one where I actually felt safe and cared for. The most friendliest and outgoing staff I have ever met!! They made my experience even better even though I was trying to be tough. From secretary staff to nurses & doctor all had an awesome sense of humor!! I highly recommend this place for any dental emergency 24/7!!! I just google searched and God led me there safe and sound and back home! Keep up your positive outlook on life & sense of humor because it’s working!!!

​🛑 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! 🛑 ​Rating: 1/5 (I’d give it zero if I could) ​My Wife who needed the percedure and I have never experienced such an unprofessional, cold, and utterly insensitive medical office in our entire life. She came in for a routine root canal and a tooth extraction, and she left traumatized and in a completely different level of pain than when she walked in. ​First off, the staff and the dentist have absolutely zero empathy. She was visibly anxious and in pain, and they treated her like an inconvenience on a conveyor belt. When she tried to speak up about how uncomfortable she was, they completely brushed her off. ​But the absolute worst part? They botched the procedure. She went in to fix specific issues, and left with way more problems than she started with. They caused unnecessary damage, and when it became obvious that things went wrong, they were completely unapologetic. No accountability, no checking in to see if she was okay, just a rushed "we've done all we can, you're good to go" so they could get to the next paying customer. ​If you value your teeth, your sanity, and your dignity, do yourself a favor and find a dentist who actually cares about the

I thought everything went smooth left feeling no head ache better kept running fever got the root canal and tooth pulled on Thursday kept running fever swelling got worse called Friday, different front desk lady very rude, stated you don’t run fever with root canal. But I was she said she’d call me back. She never did now I’m sitting at the urgent care Sunday morning because no one called me back Saturday. At 201 am because the pain became so unbearable and my whole face was swollen huge and burned and I couldn’t swallow. So thanks to that lady who I’m sure never even called the dr. Mr maldanado I’m praying they give me antibiotics for the fever that in her 40 years she’s never witnessed
