These people are a scam. Do not go here I repeat. Do not go here in order for you to complete a payment plan. You have to do Finance. All they did was an x-ray which they tried to charge me $50 for they did not take out my tooth. My wisdom tooth that’s giving me pain in my mouth. Before I came there, I successfully told the lady I do not have $50 to give for an x-ray. She said OK that’s fine. You can set up a payment plan. And then, soon as I got in there with a whole different story after the doctor looked at my mouth and told me what she was going to do. Then some lady with the old sleeve, tattoos on both sides of her arms, came in and started immediately asking me for payment. I told her I said I’ve already spoke to you guys over the phone. I do not have $49 to give you. Secondly, I do have insurance through my job however I don’t have the card number and I don’t have the cards yet. It just started September 1. So she said I can do a payment plan then she started sending two Links to my phone first one was to verify my email. The second link was they started saying that I could pay $22.76 Every two weeks. But yet I have to do a down payment of $360 so that’s $410. They were expe

An absolute perfect experience when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Kim is kind and clearly is interested in making you comfortable. I do have an excellent dentist, but if I needed anything, and my guy wasn’t available, I would go back in a heartbeat. I love all the options available as far as sedation goes and I like how thorough they are at explaining everything to you from the dental part to the financial part. All three of the ladies that helped me were fabulous. They were sweet and professional, and I really appreciated everything that everyone at Rio did for me today.

5/5 A+. I have to admit I wish my wait time was longer. Dr. Iqbal may be a doctor, but she is probably also one of the best project managers I have seen in San Antonio. I arrived today after calling at open about severe tooth pain and financial anxiety. I went home today with the beginnings of a root canal procedure, surprisingly acceptable burden to my wallet, and peace of mind. Mind you, I am uninsured and paying out of pocket. As someone with training in project/business management as well, I also paid attention to the carefully balanced juggling act that the team was undergoing to triage the large influx of patients that arrived alongside me today as well. I could honestly say I wish Dr. Iqbal had more time to do strictly leadership training/mentorship as well; I’ve never seen someone in San Antonio care so much about the quality and efficiency of their operation, their team and their patients with just training-video-perfect leadership as I’ve seen here. My short visit here was admittedly more educational than my business classes. Staff is super friendly and helpful to get you the services you need. What started off as a tooth ache turned in to getting 2 teeth extracted. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Dr Kim and Naomi made me feel sooooo comfortable. Id definitely go back.

Dr. Kim and his office staff were so amazing and attentive to Mom♡♡ Dr. Kim was wonderful and took the time to explain the whole tooth extraction process. This helped relieve some of our stress from the situation. We knew Mom was in great hands!!👍
