I had truly hoped to find a long-term dental home with this practice, especially as I’ve been searching for a biological dentist closer to my home in Central Austin. After waiting eight months for my appointment, I arrived optimistic but unfortunately left feeling disappointed and energetically depleted. The hygienist examined my teeth thoroughly, but there seemed to be some uncertainty about how to proceed with the actual cleaning. I was informed by the front desk manager and Dr. Rayne that, due to their assessment of the complexity of my needs, a full cleaning could not be completed in one visit—even though two hours had been scheduled for the appointment. Instead, I was told I would need four separate appointments to complete a full cleaning, with a projected cost upwards of $1600. This was surprising to hear. I’m 44 years old, have never had a cavity, and have received regular cleanings every six months for over 20 years—both from biological and conventional dentists in Austin. No provider has ever expressed concern over completing a standard cleaning in one visit, nor have I encountered such a high price point for basic dental care. If you're looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond, look no further than Dr. Rayne and her incredible team. Not only is she a fantastic, gentle dentist with a sweet and caring staff, but she somehow manages to make going to the dentist feel like a treat—especially for kids. At our latest visit with my daughter, we walked in to find Easter decorations and adorable takeaway crafts for the little ones. Who does that? Dr. Rayne and her team, that's who. It’s those thoughtful little touches, paired with consistently excellent care, that make this place so special. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately it was time to take care of some dental issues I had been putting off. Fortunately, I made an appointment with Dr. Rayne. Her experience and skill, and her gracious bedside manner, along with her super professional, accommodating, and most importantly, KIND dental assists made the arduous 2 1/2 hour process flyby. And the work is impeccable. I never thought my teeth could look this good. There is a reason I recommend Dr. Rayne to all of my friends and family, and feel completely confident recommending her services to anyone in need of a really amazing dentist. There is no one in South Austin with her level of compassion, professionalism, and Knowledge. You’re in good hands🙏🏻

Dr Elizabeth Rayne and her staff are awesome! I have never met a dentist as caring, professional and knowledgeable as Elizabeth. In addition to getting the most thorough exam ever, I also received an extensive education on how my teeth and mouth work. Kathleen, the hygienist, is on par with Elizabeth. After her gentle and thorough cleaning my teeth never felt cleaner. Her staff are attentive, caring and create an enjoyable environment. Yes you read that correctly, I did write dentist and enjoyable in the same paragraph. They are all that good. In fact, I cannot say enough good things about them.
