⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office has a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, and I loved being able to watch a movie while getting my teeth cleaned. 😊 My cleaning was very thorough, and I really appreciated how detailed the entire exam was. They took their time with me and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and about doing things the right way. Everyone I interacted with was kind, hospitable, and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. I left with my teeth feeling AMAZING and feeling really good about the care I received. 🦷✨ Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend them!

On your first visit they are very accommodating and friendly and then the procedures started. I had to get a deep cleaning which was done in 2 sessions and then I was scheduled for 4 visits, a crown and cavity filling. On the 3rd visit I was told the dentist can do the crown and cavity the same day as the deep cleaning. Big mistake! I’ve never had any problems with any dentist or procedure in my life and I was in pain for weeks and could not chew food. I called and went into the office and they “fixed it”. A few weeks later still in pain and it was worse and then I went back and it felt no better. I decided I will not go back because I wanted it to heal on its own as it felt worse everytime I went back. I got an email 2 months later about a scheduled maintenance cleaning and didn’t have time to cancel so I went and said this will be the last time I go after this cleaning. The dental hygienist was someone who I never worked with before because the original hygienist was on maternity leave and the new hygienist was very heavy handed and made me feel like I had the worse teeth in the world and even made negative comments about the other pregnant hygienist who did my deep cleaning, a

This was my very first appointment with the Austin Dental Company. I've never had a better experience visiting a dental office. The process was ultra-comprehensive with the most state of the art equipment I have ever seen. Michelle, Stephanie and Allie make a very great team and were very professional. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Lenny is truly exceptional. She combines outstanding clinical expertise with genuine compassion and excellent communication skills. Even when delivering difficult news, she does so with such care and professionalism that it makes the experience far less stressful. Dr. Mink is extremely impressive, highly skilled, honest, and straightforward with her recommendations. You can trust that you're receiving ethical and appropriate advice during your visit.
