The staff are very nice and friendly. My hygienist did amazing job with my teeth and Dr Chung is very knowledgeable and keeps me informed how to take care of my gums.

Dr. Chung has been so amazing! Very kind and thorough with explaining her treatment plans. Which is much appreciated when other offices have given vague explanations and just expect you to book an appointment and pay. Not here! Thank you to the amazing staff and back office team as well!

Dr. Chung and staff are very friendly and thorough. Dr. Chung takes the time to explain procedures, and ensures that you understand. She communicates with your dentist to discuss best treatment. I highly recommend this practice.

I was referred to Dr Chung by my longtime dentist for an assessment of receding gums in a couple of areas. My first interaction with her office was about 3.5 years ago and my experience has been consistently excellent. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and communicated with me in a caring way that made me feel heard and understood. She was very patient and thorough in answering my questions. I never felt pressured or talked down to. My parents gave me a great set of teeth and despite never having a cavity, I had some areas of my gums that were infected and visibly receding. Dr. Chung recommended a laser deep cleaning procedure followed by a gum graft. These are not pleasant procedures and Dr. Chung and her staff did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and responding to my needs during the cleaning about 3 years ago and the graft about 1.5 years later. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly and competent. I always feel welcome. Special shoutout to Teri who always takes great care of me during regular check-ups and cleanings. In a time when good service is hard to find, Dr Chung and her staff are a great example of how businesses should treat customers.

My dentist is the best ! Dr. Jeannie Chung and their team are super friendly, make you feel at ease, and have a spotless office. They explain everything, answer all my questions, and the cleaning was actually pretty painless . Highly recommend!

My appointment/experience with the staff and Dr. Lee was great. He took xrays and went over everything with me at the initial consultation (pockets w/laser deep cleaning). The front desk rep, Maya (sp), went over what my insurance covered and I had my appt a week later. Dr. Lee told me what he was doing during the appt and while it was uncomfortable, I didn't feel any pain. I figured after the anesthesia wore off I'd really feel it, but I didn't. Twenty four hours later, still no pain. Dr Lee/his assistant were great. They made this whole experience so much easier to deal with.

First of all, I like their staff. They are very friendly and professionally schedule my appointment everytime. Secondly, their office is very nice and clean. In here I also want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent dental care Dr. Chung provides. Her vast experience and thoughtful approach have been invaluable in addressing my dental concerns, and many thanks to Dr. Lori for consistently helpful and professional service.
