I have seen almost every orthodontist in California and can honestly say that Dr. Dan Grauer is the best in the west. I had an accident when I was a child that left me needing multiple orthodontic treatments and maxillofacial surgeries so have quite literally seen almost every doctor that there is in Southern California. I ended up going to a surgeon and orthodontist in Europe as they are considered the best in the world. They are absolutely incredible and amazing and I love them but unfortunately I cannot fly to Europe all the time so my orthodontist there recommended Dr. Dan Grauer and said that he’s the only person he would trust to refer me to in America. I had an issue with my expander that needed fixing so I called the office and not only were they unbelievably nice, they were also extremely accommodating and saw me the same day!! I then had another wire issue and again they got me in immediately and not just that they were so so SO nice. Literally everybody in the office is so unbelievably KIND- from the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Grauer himself who is absolutely INCREDIBLE! You go in one time and you feel like family. They also all speak Spanish and Englis

Dr. Grauer is amazing. He was my lifesaver for my second round of lingual braces— I’d had leftover issues from my first round with a different practice. The previous practice was “done with me” and dismissive about my remaining concerns. Dr. Grauer listened to my concerns (aesthetic) and corrected them as well as corrected unknown bite problems that the previous Dr. had created. He was kind, patient, worked with my schedule— I had to fly back and forth cross country. And every flight was worth it! He is the best of the best. So personable as well as knowledgeable. And everyone in his practice is a gem! I get endless compliments on my smile :)

Best pediatric orthodontist ever. Kind, thorough and detailed. My child's permanent teeth were a challenge but Dr Grauer's work is painless and she has an amazing smile. Everything he does is positive results oriented and the staff is professional, efficient and gracious! Fantastic care.
