Like anyone, I was terrified at the thought of having any procedure done to my mouth/teeth BUT the ENTIRE staff at this office made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Doctor Grady was so knowledgeable and kind as well as the X-Ray Tech! Valerie at the front desk was also nothing but kind to me and all the other patients. Regardless of the fear of having procedures done, I 100% recommend this office to have anything done as they are both professional and genuine :)

Had my first consultation here and was blown away by the entire experience. The front office staff, the back office team, and Dr. Grady were all incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made me feel genuinely cared for, and Dr. Grady was refreshingly honest and thorough. So glad I found this office, highly recommend to anyone looking for an oral surgeon they can trust!

My daughter is really anxious every time she goes to treatment for her teeth so it's really important for us to get a great team! We just moved here in fresno so we're more anxious that she will get her treatment here. The first day we meet the team and Dr. Grady we knew that we went to the right place. Dr. Grady explained everything. The day of the procedure, the staff at the front desk were really helpful for us to understand the consent forms. We could confidently say the we signed a well informed consent with no questions in mind left. The whole team were really helpful starting from the day to decide if we were getting the treatment until today post treatment follow up check up. My daughter recovered really well so fast after her wisdom teeth were extracted. Aside from following all the post procedure instructions, I believed that great hands from Dr. Grady and the great team, contributed to a fast and good recovery. It was a great experience for me as a mom especially to my daughter. Thank you Dr. Grady and team! Keep doing great job! Awesome team!

I got all of my wisdom tooth taken out under one day and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else but here.The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—they took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Ann Marie Grady was great! She made my whole process feel easy and reassuring, and her calm, confident approach really put me at ease. Thank you to the team and the staff for an amazing experience!

I had my wisdom teeth removed today, and the staff were kind and welcoming. I tend to be very anxious, but they made me feel comfortable. When Dr. Grady noticed I was nervous, she reassured me that everything would be fine. Everything about this office is amazing, from the receptionists to Dr. Grady. I am feeling good with no pain. Thank you, Dr. Grady and staff, 💖.
