The whole experience was overall very good. The man in the beginning that took blood pressure and temperature was very up beat even on a busy day. I felt like he set the tone on how the rest of my time in the ER was going to be. My Xray tech was very nice. The xray room was occupied by the time we got there so talked about his schooling and about my family. Just a very polite young man. The student doctor also was very gentle upon examining my broken wrist. The only thing I didnt like was continuously being sent to waiting room. Overall it was very good.

When I first got to the ER, staff was friendly in the front lobby. It was moving pretty quickly, I thought I would be waiting for hours and I'm glad I didn't. Everyone in the ER were very compassionate and very easy to talk to. The surgical doctor and his team were awesome and specific in letting me know what and how things were going to go happen. The nurse team were amazing and all great in their own ways. They made me feel comfortable ND well cared for. I had the best experience during my visit amd stay.

I had an excellent experience at St. Bernardino Medical Center during a severe back flare that left me in significant pain and struggling to function. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for and taken seriously. Dr. Suchecki was absolutely fantastic. He listened intently to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions for clarification, and treated me with exceptional kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and ensure I understood the treatment plan. What truly stood out to me was that Dr. Suchecki personally called me the next day to check on my progress. In all my years of receiving medical care, I have never had an ER physician take the time to follow up like that. It meant so much to know that he genuinely cared about how I was doing after I left the hospital. The nursing staff was wonderful as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Jasmine and Amber stood out for their compassion, attentiveness, and positive attitudes. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kurt, Brittney, Suski (don’t know how to spell them correctly) in the ICU/MICU team for taking excellent care of my father who was admitted here for heart failure from June 8th-June 13th. They were kind, extremely helpful, never once gave us an attitude or made us feel bad for asking a lot of questions or asking for help numerous times. Thank you guys once again for providing great healthcare, they were a long 5-6 days but these nurses made our stay a lot easier & less stressful. My sisters & I appreciate you more than you know. I would like to add, the AC really needs work done, we spent a couple hoy days in those rooms , that’s about the only complaint we had, other than that, great nurse, doctors, food, cafeteria, environment, & pretty spacious rooms.

the ER staff are very "clicky" like its a high-school social, they aren't concerned about the patient or cleanliness of their hands(they do not wash their hands between patients or use sanitizer), too worried about talking to each other, theyll even interupt you. They will make you sit there for 4-5 hours nauseated and in pain and do absolutely nothing then when you want to talk to someone in charge they bring this guy in(who tried to grab my personal belongings) and try to kick you out(there is a very nice female security guard who helped me away from this guy) for advocating for yourself as if you're a criminal for advocating your own health concerns. The "doctor" won't come see you to address your concerns after sitting for 3-4 hours nauseated and in pain and explain why your still nauseated and in pain with no medication because they cant get an IV with the untrained staff and forget to change your medication to not IV. They will give you no answers. I do not recommend this hospital even if you are dying, go somewhere else.
