This is one of the most unorganized offices ever. One of the providers bullied and argues with parents and orders things they say no to. They call you to pick up a vaccine record and then you have to wait 30 minutes. They don’t even check your vaccines before telling you that your child is over due and then have to apologize for the inconvenience. It takes forever to get anything done. One of the ladies at the front desk is completely rude. This has been one of the most exhausting offices ever to have my kids assigned to.

I've been a patient here for several years, and while the doctor was helpful during my most recent visit and provided a physical therapy referral, the office's communication and appointment processes have become frustrating. My biggest issue was appointment scheduling and confirmation. When I originally scheduled my appointments over the phone, I entered them into my Google Calendar while speaking with the staff member. I had them recorded as Monday at 8:30 AM and Tuesday at 9:30 AM. However, the day before, I was told the appointments were actually 8:15 AM and 9:15 AM. This created confusion and made me question whether there was a scheduling miscommunication somewhere in the process. The reminder system also needs improvement. Patients receive text reminders, but you cannot simply reply "Y" or "Yes" to confirm. Instead, you're required to call the office, wait on hold, and speak with someone. In 2026, this feels unnecessarily inconvenient. Many healthcare offices allow patients to confirm or reschedule directly through text messages. As a self-diagnosed agoraphobe, leaving the house is a bit difficult for me, but from the moment I arrived at Blessing Community Health Center as a new patient, I was greeted with warm smiles, even from staff just passing by. I was given detailed instructions every step of the way, which is always appreciated. I was called in before the paperwork was completed, another plus in my book. There was genuine concern about my condition, and quick action was recommended for the next step. I’m confident my follow-up will be filled with less anxiety. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I had a great experience here! My first visit went smoothly, and the follow-up care has been just as good. The doctors and staff are very attentive and kind. A special shout-out to the referral coordinator and the supervisor for helping me get everything organized with my visits. Highly recommend this team!

Lissandra Valdez is a wonderful young lady. She takes her time to speak with me. She listen to what I have to say and helps me find the right doctor for the issue that I am having. The staff is very friendly and always willing to work with me and my schedule. The communication that this office has is the reason I go to them. Good customer service is hard to find the team at this office are wonderful people with a Godly spirt. I am bless to get treatment from their office.
