My family have been coming to Dr Hanna and Dental Oral Care since he acquired the business from Dr Mooney years ago. The practice has always been professional and accommodating for short notice appointments and schedule changes. The quality of services provided are first rate. I highly recommend Dental Oral Care!

I loved going here and never had any issues until I was met with extreme unprofessionalism. I had my 6 month appointment coming up as usual when I randomly received a letter that I could no longer go there. I was very confused as I had never had a bad interaction, issues with payment, or even a prior verbalization insinuating there was any issue. I later learned that the woman at the front desk “Liz” did not like my MOTHER for being friends with our NEIGHBOR who worked there whom she also didn’t like. I noticed she would be a bit rude and roll her eyes at me but I never thought anything of it because in my head we had no connection outside of me going to the dentist and as mentioned nothing was ever verbally said to me she was just passive aggressive. I feel this is a violation of HIPPA and extremely unprofessional. I didn’t get to have a 6 month check up because of this and have had to go find a new dentist that is kind and does good work while still being conveniently located. Dr. Hana and the dental hygienist were always really kind and very good at what they do but if this is how the practice is ran I would give 0 stars if I could.

Excellent office staff and dentist. Friendly, fast and very informative. As a new resident of San Antonio, I am super happy to have found my new forever dentist office. Did a and Trisha at the front desk are awesome and helped me with my insurance. London, the hygienist explained everything very well and Dr. Hanna is super friendly and upfront and honest. I highly recommend this excellent team of dental professionals!

I’ve had a great experience at Dental Oral Care. Dr. Hanna is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps you feel comfortable and informed during your visit. London, the dental hygienist, is excellent—very gentle, thorough, and attentive. Cleanings are always smooth, and she makes sure you’re at ease the entire time. The office is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Dental Oral Care for anyone looking for quality dental care and a positive experience.

I loved my experience at Dental Oral Care!!! Dr. Hanna is very personable, friendly, engaging, patient and extremely nice. He made me feel very comfortable. The staff was very professional and warm, Abby did a great job with the X-rays. Shayne in the back was very friendly and professional and Tatyana the dental hygienist was excellent! She is very knowledgeable, kind and very thorough. The front staff was also very kind. I’m so happy I finally found the best dental place! Will definitely refer to my family and friends.
