The doctor was great and so honest. The office manager was insanely aggressive and wouldn't let me leave without signing paperwork. I only went in for a consultation and wasnt scheduling surgery. I would have scheduled however since that experience I will go somewhere else. Very uncomfortable situation.

Dr Ezzo is the man. Staff is amazing. Doc took the time to make sure I understood everything and made sure to check up on me for post op. No one really likes having to deal with anything related to oral surgery but Dr Ezzo and team made it effortless. Thanks doc. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!!

Fantastic place! It was my first experience with it. I have been in pain for two days, and when my current dentist asked Dr. Xu to help me, he scheduled the appointment immediately. I was grateful that the office was able to accommodate me. When I walked in, I was greeted by Alicia who was pleasant and polite. Dr. Xu and his staff really saved me. His technical skills and bedside manners were outstanding. His assistant was very caring and professional. I will definitely go back for anything I need. Definitely recommend!

I was referred to Dr Ezzo after having broken a front tooth during a Racquetball game. I could not have been happier with his offices ability to evaluate me quickly. Dr Ezzo's demeanor, knowledge and thoughtful honesty truly helped me acess my situation and make an informed decision on what to do. I choose an extraction/implant and Dr Ezzo and his staff allowed me time over the weekend to consider the decision while still preparing for a likely yes. Many options for my comfort and pain management were offered and discussed and the procedure went very smoothly. Everyone was focused and relaxed throughout the procedure. I felt like I was in caring hands throughout the process. Still have some follow up visits to complete the replacement, but I just wanted to profess my appreciation to Dr Ezzo and his team. Thank you.

Dr Ezzo seemed very nice but the office manage Karla is insensitive,dishonest and very rude. Made alot of errors with billing , when I questioned her about the charges she got extremely upset when I asked to see pictures of other patients that had the All on 4 implants , she picked a fight and released me therefore refusing to treat me. The "free" consult is NOT FREE they sent the bill to my insurance regardless .They took their money without my knowledge. I will be reporting her .Its a shame that Karla is representing Dr Ezzo because I feel that he was a good dentist and probably could've helped me but because of her I'll never know . I sat there with an abscess, a swollen face ,in pain and because I questioned her billing and why the cost was changing each time she sat down she called me frustrating ? i'm sorry it's a $25,000 procedure I have a right to ask questions ...and ask to see pictures .unbelievable !!! BEWARE- the staff does post positive reviews to raise tbe rating . .
