I did 4 other opinions after receiving my treatment plan from Dr. Tilwani. After having my deep cleaning here which wasn’t the best experience and seeing the treatment plan which included extracting teeth and a cost of over 10k something didn’t feel right. I had 3 other periodontists look at my x-rays and teeth. I am going with Dr. Brad Crump who is also a professor at Texas A & M University. I will be spending 4k less and none of my teeth will have to be extracted as he is going to be saving all of them. I’d MOST definitely get a 2nd opinion if you’re needing major dental work! Be Aware!!!!

My general dentist referred me to Dr Tilwani and I am so glad he did. Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr Tilwani has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tiana, Heather and Tina were wonderful about finding me an appointment that works for me and providing me with the information needed prior to procedures. Nurse Jackie was thorough every single visit - I truly appreciate her focus on patient education and follow through. Dr Tilwani is a courteous physician who takes the time to explain everything relevant during office visits. This helps one understand what is going on, what can be realistically done to address the issue and preventative measures that can be taken. I have already recommended this clinic to friends and family.

Dr. Tilwani and his team were awesome! This was my first visit, and I will definitely continue working with them for all of my periodontal needs. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Everyone in the office, including Dr. Tilwani was great! I have never had a dentist introduce themselves and shake my hand. That made me feel comfortable and relaxed, knowing I would have great care. The doctor completed his exam and explained a lot of things to me and asked if I had any questions for him. Very professional and kind. Much appreciated, my treatment will start next week, I will make sure I do a follow-up post. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness.

I am a 47-year-old, white female, slim,healthy, on no medications, no smoking or alcohol, and a physician. I went to this Doctor, found him on Google, too get an opinion for gum recession. He gave me a very radical plan, told me that my entire lower jaw needs gum grafting, and I need a deep cleaning prior to that! Gave me a quote of $1500 for a deep cleaning for which my out-of-pocket cost was $750!! And I just had my regular cleaning. Got Two other opinions from two other periodontist and both told me I just need to monitor my gums and no surgery is necessary! I also put my x-rays and my detailed History on ChatGPT and told me the same thing! All I’m saying, always get another opinion. I feel his approach is way too aggressive!! I don’t understand the deep Cleaning for someone with zero gum disease, with laser and all of that for some gum recession. I hope this is not just a business who just wants to make money!! The office is NOT modern , and he seems to be decent. Nothing Against them, I’m against the approach! So always be your advocate and prior to doing any gum surgeries get opinion from at least two other periodontist.
