I truly dont know how I feel about this place I do go here cause it’s close to me and was ok when I first went then they knew I had latex allergies and proceeded to put latex in my mouth first time complete accident I get 2nd their is no excuse and third time they had to give me a Benadryl shot and stab me with a epi pen now my anxiety and dentist offices gets worse don’t go back for a few months tried to go again I had a tooth that needed to be pulled I wasn’t numb all the way he said if it’s not numb I’ll give you another shot he tried I started screaming owe 4-5 times then urea a cuss word and he proceeded to rub it out even tho I still felt it I’m so confused why would you continue knowing I felt it screaming owe

I can't give a zero rating because that option isn't available... I waited a little over two months for this appointment. 😡😡 The receptionist, Aliyah, has a horrible attitude; she gave us some forms to fill out and told me to hand them to the nurse. We waited 40 minutes, and when I asked when we would be seen, she answered grudgingly, saying I hadn't returned the forms... I reminded her that she had told me to give them to the nurse, and she just said it was a misunderstanding... I asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened, but she just made excuses for her terrible employee... We were finally taken in, but the place was filthy and smelled bad... In the end, for my daughter's safety, I didn't allow them to do anything... Patients deserve clean, decent facilities and to be treated with respect.

I had a very disappointing experience with Premier Dental. I scheduled an appointment with their endodontist, and only 5 days before the visit they informed me that a CBCT scan would be required and would cost $300 per tooth out of pocket because it’s not covered by insurance. This is the kind of information that should be clearly communicated before scheduling an appointment, not just a few days before the appointment. Patients deserve transparency about potential costs so they can make an informed decision ahead of time. Unfortunately, this felt very unprofessional and I ended up canceling the appointment.

The most worst management ever I saw. I was booked my appointment there before with them and the day of appointment they said you don't have any appointment today and wasted my whole month of waiting for that day and I was so disappointed. I never gave before one Star review to anyone but with that kind of management I am gonna do one star review because you deserve below one star to not waste patients times again.

I was scheduled for an appointment at Premier Dental Group on December 3 for December 17 at 8:30 AM. I arrived early at 8:20 AM and was told on site that my appointment had been rescheduled to January 5 without any notification. Complete disrespect for the patient’s time. This low rating is fully deserved.
