So ibwent in because I had a spider bite on my leg, when the dr seen it he said that is not a spider bite it's a cyst. He gave 2 prescription of antibiotics 1 month later it's so infected that I went a dermatologist not there thank God. When the dermatologist seen it he said that's a spider bite. Don't go there unless you want to get mis diagnosed.

I came here for a foot injury and I was cautious because of all the bad reviews. I came on a Sunday around 1pm and must have gotten lucky because when I arrived there were only two people waiting and no wait to check in. As soon as I finished checking in, about 4-5 people had come in one after another and there was a huge line just to check-in. I was called maybe 10 minutes after sitting down and had x-rays done within the next 15 minutes. In total, from check-in to the time I left, it was no more than an hour. That’s amazing considering it was the middle of the day on a Sunday and not many places are open. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the doctor didn’t even touch my foot and didn’t go into detail with my x-rays or diagnosis (I had multiple fractures) and he just referred me to an orthopedic doctor. Even that big line of people waiting when I went in was gone when I was leaving. Seems like they do a good job of getting people looked at quickly even if the check-in process might take a while. I hope I don’t ever need to go to urgent care again but if I do, I’d probably come here.

Some of the longest wait times, worst customer service, and lowest grade medical care I’ve ever seen. Always slammed with not enough doctors and they write countless prescriptions without having any idea of a diagnosis. Place should be shut down.

This place is terrible!! Do not go here! Waited in the waiting room for about an hour and then once I got into the room I waited 2 more hours just for the doctor to come see me in and one be very rude, two yell at me, and three only looked at what needed to be looked at for 3 minutes not even giving me the time of day and tell me what was wrong with me.

I have gone here twice in the last 2 months. Last month a male doctor asked me if I was having any “lady problems” or if I was “my mental health issues” when I went in for a X-ray for my foot to make sure I didn’t dislocate my toe. Before the xray he kept telling me he already knew nothing was wrong. Didn’t wrap it at all or do anything after the X-ray. Today I went to check in and they refuse me service for 3 hours and had me sit outside with all the COVID patients. I rolled my ankle and just wanted to make sure it wasn’t broken. In 3 hours the pain got worse because it wasn’t elevated or iced and they just kept telling me to sit and wait when I asked for a status update. Never ever going here again. Prime example of how horrible the American health care system is.
