I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I was very disappointed with my visit. I was overly vocal about my intention of coming in for routine cleaning, as I just had X-rays and a treatment man from another dentist. My insurance just kicked in, and I just wanted a cleaning that was supposed to be covered under insurance. The receptionist put me down for new patient appointment, and the dentist did not want to provide the cleaning after X-rays. He did recommend the same things on the current treatment plan from dentist that is not covered by my insurance anymore. I expressed I was upset because I mentioned I wanted to come in for the cleaning and continue my treatment with them and didn’t realize I wouldn’t be getting my teeth cleaning today. I was immediately shut down, talked down to, and given attitude about the different kinds of treatments. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Posting this because I was honestly shocked by the experience my friend had at this office today. Her appointment was originally scheduled for 12:30 PM, but the office called and asked her to come in at 11:00 AM instead. She rearranged her day to accommodate their request, only to end up waiting a long time before being seen and yelled at. She had already emailed her previous dental records and X-rays ahead of time, yet they took another set of X-rays anyway. After all of that, she was informed that they would not perform the cleaning she had specifically scheduled because they believed she needed a deep cleaning. The issue wasn't the recommendation for a deep cleaning..it was the complete lack of communication. At no point was she told beforehand that she might not receive a cleaning at all. Had she known that, she could have made an informed decision before using her time and insurance benefits on the appointment. What was most upsetting was how she was treated when she expressed understandable frustration. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and the dentist reportedly became argumentative and spoke to her in a way that came across as disres

Experienced and welcoming front desk and staff. Very professional office. Dr Ziaei is a great dentist and takes his time to make sure everything goes smoothly. Very happy with their team and honesty.

I tried to schedule my next 6 month cleaning and was told I couldn’t schedule out that far because the dentist does not like to come in later if there aren’t other appointments earlier in the day. Very rude. Also, they quoted my daughter over $300 for one filling. She went somewhere else and had both done foe $30. They lost my business. Dentist is rude and has no social skills.

I’ve been to many dentists over the years for various treatments, and my experience with this office was by far the worst. I had a root canal and crown done here, and not only was the price unreasonably high, but I also had to fight to get them to accept the price my insurance approved. To make matters worse, the treatment was a complete failure. The pain never went away, and when I returned a month later to express my concerns, Dr. Ray dismissed it as “nothing serious.” Shortly after, I developed a severe infection in that tooth. The situation became so bad that I had to see a specialist, undergo the entire root canal process again over three separate sessions, and get another crown—all of which could have been avoided if the initial work had been done properly. This office clearly doesn’t prioritize patient care, and the quality of their work is highly questionable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
