Office staff is friendly. I was helped by Sara. I had a great experience at this orthodontic clinic. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain every step of my treatment. We wanted to make sure that we share our experience with Coastal Orthodontic Care. Our daughter needed braces and she was extremely nervous…. That all changed after our first consultation. She was able to get all her questions answered and they made her feel so comfortable. She loved the presentation they did explaining the whole process. We also love that they are always on time. This is extremely helpful since our kiddos have after school activities that we are always rushing to. We really appreciate Dr. Lautte and all his staff (especially Lala) they are very patient and genuinely care and we know that our daughter is in good hands. So happy they were recommend to us!
