Anacapa Orthodontics has been outstanding from start to finish. As a parent of a student attending boarding school in Ojai, coordinating appointments can be challenging, but Dr. Smith and his team made the entire process incredibly easy. They were flexible, accommodating, and always willing to work around my son’s school schedule. The level of care and professionalism we received was exceptional. Every visit was organized, efficient, and focused on providing the best possible treatment. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about their patients. If you have a child attending one of the boarding schools in Ojai, I highly recommend Anacapa Orthodontics. Dr. Smith and his team go above and beyond, and the quality of treatment is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Would definitely recommend to any family looking for excellent orthodontic care.

Couldn’t say enough great things about this office! The staff, techs, doctor and facility are top notch. Dr Smith is really kind, puts the kids at ease and explains everything a he goes. He’s great! We were quoted 12-18 months, and we were finished in 15! It wasn’t bad at all. And her smile is everything he promised and more. The office is also very accommodating to scheduling and even for getting in last minute as needed. Really happy we chose Dr Smith, I will be recommending this office to all my friends. Thank you! We’ll miss coming in!

Dr Ken Smith and his staff are very professional and friendly. They thoroughly explain your treatment plan and what it entails. Answers any questions you may have about your treatment plan. The office runs smoothly. They are prompt to take you back for your scheduled appointment. My entire experience with this office was very positive. I would highly recommend Anacapa Orthodontics if you are thinking of getting Invisalign. My teeth have never looked better.

It is clear why Anacapa Orthodontics has 350 five star reviews. Everybody in the entire office is fantastic. My son was a very anxious patient and Dr. Smith and his dental and ortho assistants were AMAZING with him. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience and will happily refer to Dr. Smith in the future.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Smith for about two years now, and we’ve had such a great experience. He is always kind, patient, and takes the time to answer all of our questions. He creates a welcoming and comfortable environment, which has made a big difference for my daughter. Raquel has also been absolutely wonderful! She is so warm and friendly, and my daughter absolutely loves her. She always makes us feel happy and at ease during our visits. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. We’re so grateful to have such a positive orthodontic experience. Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith and the entire office. From the very first visit, he has been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The staff is just as amazing. Every single person in the office is friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. They run the office smoothly, are always organized, and go out of their way to make both kids and parents feel at ease. Appointments are efficient, but we never feel rushed, and they’re always happy to help if we have questions. It’s rare to find a medical office where everyone is this kind, competent, and dedicated to providing such a positive experience. This was our family’s first experience with braces, and since I never had them myself, the process was entirely new to me. Dr. Smith and his team were fantastic; they made our daughter feel so comfortable that she was actually excited to show up for every appointment. They run a highly efficient, professional office and offer excellent value for their services. We are so grateful to have found this team and will definitely be back.
