Had the most horrible experience at this WIBLE road clinic. I was put in a room after two hours of my appointment time, and then had to wait another half hour for he provider to come in with such a rush mode. No apologies from anybody. The excuse I got when I asked was that they only had two rooms. Horrible experience

Call 3 times yesterday to get a medication sent to another pharmacy that was opened and I keep playing phone tag between both place the pharmacy and the clinic and the provider has not yet sent over the medication to the pharmacy. That’s sad. Now have to wait until Monday for the other pharmacy to be open.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! How is it okay for me to stand in the check in line for 15 to let the representatives know I’ve arrived to said appt. (AFTER HAVING BEEEEN CHECKED IN ON MYCHART!!!!), to reach the front and be told I wouldn’t be seen. The office is nasty, overcrowded, and dingy. The staff is unhelpful to say the least. I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE. Thanks!

I personally do not have any issue getting my prescription here. For the most part the staff are all kind including the receptionist, nurses, and docs. Most of the time I am waiting in a room for over an hour which can be annoying but if ur lucky some days you’ll only wait a few minutes. There is usually always security outside which is really nice as you don’t have to worry about yourself or your car when waiting.
