My husband turned in a form for our child to get enrolled in TK 2 months ago! We never got a call that the form was ready so now that I am on leave with my new baby I came to pick up the form and they said it was “misplaced” lost! The lady then went to the back to “check if it’s there” and came back with it 5 minutes later. The form was “filled out” on 3/31/26 and it is now 4/24/26. So when were they planning on calling me to let me know it was ready?! When school started and it was too late for me to turn in the form?!

Thanks you so much Dr. Jennifer Ocampo!! She helps me so much with my kids. I can always get appointments when needed which is super helpful. She always makes sure I understand everything and never leaves a question unanswered. Providers come across too aggressive and make you feel like chore. I wish they focused on quality of service to each patient. I also wish providers maintained integrity in their notes when documenting visits. Make sure to keep your own documentation and your providers name. That telemedicine authorization form they have you sign is to discreetly record your doctor visit. I caught the computer screen pop up, I have nothing to hide but I do question how they ethicallyoperate

I am so blessed to have this clinic's care team take care of my dental health and my smile. I have always cared about my teeth, but there were a few years I didn't care enough after coffee morning's and evening cocktails. (There is only room for coffee morning's these days). I came in with 7 cavities, after only having maybe one or two in my prior 40 years. Dr. Henna Sahi is such a kind, professional human who takes a moment to pause and speak to you like you matter. Although she was disappointed I had allowed my beautiful teeth to go to the wayside for some time, she offered hope and told me she and her assistant Vanessa would take care of me and from here on out, no more slacking. There was a sensitive spot on one of my molars which was a very deep cavity, and I was in agony from the sensitivity after the initial procedure. I came back in and Dr. Sahi and Vanessa replaced it for me - without question, and I have had zero problems with it since. I feel SO grateful to have this team care about me. That I am not just a number - benefiting from state supplied insurance. I will honor their hard work by continuing to take better care of my overall health and by paying their kindness an

After all the crap I've been through at this clinic with the doctors, receptionist, & it's customer service over the phone.... This place doesn't even deserve a half star. The doctor, a few receptionists & the customer service we're lying to my face regarding the referral being sent to the neurologist when I got off the phone with the Neurology Group. After six times, I was given this runaround like if I bothered them too much & that I wasn't important to them. Now that I switched primary care, I WON'T be bothering these incompetent so-called health staff NO more. If your health is complicated & in urgency of seeing a specific specialist, I WOULDN'T recommend this clinic to anyone with serious health conditions because these careless people will NEVER speed up the referral process let alone the insurance approval.
