They hire bottom of the barrel providers here. You tell them your symptoms and then ask them what they documented. They evade or say ill be back and never return. Then you get home and look at your chart and they give some bogus diagnosis. Horrible treatment. Your medical record follows you and they make up diagnosis because theyre incompetent and no one is checking them.

A tremendous amount of time waiting in the waiting room. Staff were tremendously rude. When I inquired why I was not being called back I was disregarded.

They made me make an appointment and took so so long. What's the point of making an appointment if it's basically the same as walk ins? Do they just talk and hang out in the back or ? Worst clinic ever

One of the worst experiences with a doctor that I’ve ever had. The “doctor” seems like he went to the Harry J. Anslinger school of medicine. His scientific ignorance was almost impressive. Not sure how someone that incompetent can even be licensed to practice medicine. Waste of my time.

I'm very upset with their pediatric service. If I wouldnt have called them to confirm my appointment, they would've never told me that her appointment was cancelled because they no longer have a peditrician. They didnt give me other options of other places where it's kids and pregnant women only (for the most part thats what that clinic consisted of and that is why I felt safe to take my daughter there). I ended up changing to Omni, I just dont like the service there. I will however keep going there for my OB appointmentd for next time. They have AMAZING OBs literally you get to interact with the ones that will deliver your baby at Memorial Hospital and theyre just the best I csnt say anything less of them.
