Service was terrible. Went in with a concern and the doctor spent more time asking my medical history than actually addressing my health concern. After letting him know what I thought was wrong with me, he took a look for 5 seconds and said he was gonna have me do a bunch of bloodwork and to meet with a surgeon to see what they wanted to do. Didn’t ask any relevant questions regarding my issue or symptoms or anything. Went and scheduled an appointment with another doctor for a consultation right after.

Please DO NOT COME HERE. Doctor and service is horrible. They NEVER pick up the phone, the doctor is rude and doesn’t care about your concerns. If you need a referral anywhere for anything good luck with that too because it will take them months to help with anything. Just like another review said they’ll just send you for bloodwork that’s it without addressing any of your actual concerns. The receptionist doesn’t like answering the phone that’s for sure, they say they’ll call you back and they never do and try to talk to you quick so you can hang out or they’ll put you on hold and hang up on you then won’t answer even after more than 5 calls. Other locations are so good at answering and the customer service is great but this place sucks.

Orders unnecessary test and try to misguide the patient. He really doesn't know what comes in preventive care. And even after multiple calls they don't care to resolve the matter and try to avoid. I don't want to give 1 rating but without it I cannot post my review so giving 1 rating.

I Love Dr Garcia and his Wonderful staff. He’s been my Dr for OVER 25 years. He taken care of 5 Generations of my family. My Grandmother, My Mom, myself, my children & now my grandchildren 🥳🎉🥳🎉🥳🎉 They’re the Best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I drove over for urgent care on a Monday after 2:30 in the afternoon and it was closed. And no one was answering the phone. I was so upset. Not to mention from the outside it looks like a dog kennel in a third world country. So disgusting and run down, looks nothing like a hospital. I would never go there, it should be closed down.
