Thanks to their help, I was able to get the care I needed without any delays. I really want to thank Cynthia for helping me with my orthopedic referral and for all the time and effort she put into making sure everything went smoothly, it honestly made a huge difference in my experience. I really appreciate everything she did for me. I would definitely recommend this office and their awesome team!

Not very good i have been tequesting and my walmart pharmacy sent them a request for a refill of my Metformin! I told them that i am running out already every time i will call they will just keep on sayong we will send the request! I called again the receptionist said it was on hold and I asked why she said she doesn’t know! She said for me to get a prescription right away i need to go to the clinic for an appointment ! WHATTTTTT????? I did ot go because i have a lot of appt that day! Until now no refill metformin for my diabetes! The good Drs and NPs there were gone already! I can’t understand why they can’t send a refill to the pharmacy and if i go to the clinic i can get a prescription right away! My diabetes ned is very important to me! They can’t even tell me why it is on hold! Come on people in St Jude Neighborhood in Ponderosa! 😒

Went to the new Women's Center for an appt. Nice enough visit in a very pretty new office, and polite front office staff. Had a followup Zoom meeting with the NP 3 days later; however the staff informed me that their side of the call wasn't compatible with the Zoom portal that THEY sent me the link to. 3 phone calls later, I finally got on the phone with the NP, who told me none of my labwork was available because staff mislabeled my sample and it was tossed. We discussed followup plans and I stated I also needed an order for my yearly mammogram, but was told I couldn't get that until I came back in for a visit with the GYN part of the practice. Was also told that some of my medical issues were likely due to "mental problems" and so I had to see their mental health folks too. I love therapy and am all for it, but being held over a medical barrel unless I do it is odd. Overall, I'm going to give this crew a bit of grace because it feels like they're super new and still working out the hiccups; they're earnest about wanting to do a good job; however, the overall vibe made me a tad uncomfortable. I do wish them well for the future.

Well, after six wasted days they successfully did it. They managed to completely waste my time their time and the time of the patient who actually had appointments today just giving the runaround passing the buck absolutely zero accountability. Patrick and Joe Roran should be the next in the revolving door that is the neighborhood health center I've contacted my insurance filed grievances but since I'm not getting any of my wasted time back it would pain me to see someone else go through the nonstop bs that them and their "providers" put you through I genuinely feel sorry for the folks who still use this place as a primary source of care and hope that with my somewhat of an online following that this gets seen and heard everything was set we were all on the same page at about 9:20 this morning I even signed a waiver to allow them as much room as they needed to do with my medical info whatever need to be done to remedy my situation and was given a vague short barely informative slip of paper for a judge to read on a letterhead then spent my afternoon repeatedly calling and waiting on hold or being transfer and the hold being hung up which if you read the other reviews is kinda what

Awful. They rarely answer their phones, and screw up important paperwork constantly. Not even their home office can get in touch with them most of the time. Avoid at all costs.
