I wanted to take a moment to recognize Carey for the amazing care she gave my family during our visit. She was so kind, patient, and caring with my 3- and 4-year-old, which made such a difference. She took the time to help them feel comfortable and safe, and her gentle approach helped ease their fears during their appointment. As a mom with a big family, dental visits can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Carey was incredibly patient and understanding with all of us. She never made us feel rushed and treated each of my children with kindness and respect. Her positive attitude, compassion, and professionalism truly stood out. I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any staff member. I wasn’t sure which check-in window to use, and no one offered assistance until I approached a window myself. First impressions matter, especially in a pediatric office where families and children may already be feeling nervous. I was also given a large amount of paperwork to complete and was expected to have it finished by the end of the visit. As a parent managing three young children, including a toddler and an infant, my priority during the appointment was helping my children feel comfortable and calm during their cleanings. Completing extensive paperwork while simultaneously caring for multiple young children was simply not realistic. It would have been much more helpful if the office had sent the forms electronically beforehand or suggested arriving significantly earlier to complete them. The dental assistants were polite but came across as very dry and impersonal. For a pediatric dental office, I expected a warmer, more cheerful atmosphere geared toward helping children feel at ease. Good overall, place was pretty simple. My daughter loved the fish tank there tho! The care was overall good. It’s just the attitudes of some front desk staff, they treat you just like the patient you are to them. They are pretty straightforward

We had to visit with our son who is severely autistic and nonverbal. The staff was very welcoming. Even with a full waiting room, it was clean, calm and inviting. They had excellent communication with you while your child is receiving care. Dr. Story, one of the anesthesiologists, was incredibly sweet and informative. The doctors and staff are very accommodating and good with children. I say a dentist office with no crying children, at all, the whole visit... that's pretty dang good ! 😂 We highly recommend children's choice!

We had an excellent experience with this dental office for my son’s root canal and crown treatment. The dentist and staff were extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They made my son feel comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting the procedure. The root canal and crown were done smoothly, and the quality of work was outstanding. My son felt very little discomfort and recovered quickly. The office was clean, organized, and very welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave to my child. Highly recommend this dentist for anyone looking for honest, skilled, and family-friendly dental care!
