Don’t come here! I brought my daughter here and everything was fine until we were referred for orthodontics for braces. Cool no big deal. But the issue I have is for a YEAR we got the run around. We were told it would be like $3,000 for her BRACES. But over a year she NEVER got braces. Then I was told at one point she needed to see an ortho surgeon before they can proceed and they said no to surgeon. Long story short she NEVER got braces and I paid over $1,000 in over a year, then get told I have to pay another $1500 for “cancellation” fees. They are a scam!! Why would I pay another additional $1500 when my daughter never got the services they were supposed to provide? Don’t go! Save yourself the headache and save your wallet too.

I was disappointed in the treatment provided to my nOn verbal autistic child. I was very specific when making the appointment initially about her being autistic and easily overwhelmed and triggered, also that it was her first ever dental exam, they mentioned that they are “used to helping those kids”, however I disagree. They immediately tried sitting my daughter in an exam chair, she was already anxious with the lights and equipment around which I tried showing her to make her comfortable and they rushed me to make her sit down, which I then explained would be difficult because she wanted to see everything first. She was flipping around, panicking and I asked for a minute to help calm her down and they made me feel like that was a problem because “the dentist is very busy”. I apologized and continued to try and force her to lay in the chair. I just feel like they were not patient not understanding or compassionate of her diagnosis. I’m not sure that she will be returning there.

I had a wonderful experience at this Children's Choice Dental Care. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They are very punctual, and patients are seen on time without having to wait long in the waiting room. Everyone does their job efficiently and provides excellent care. I truly appreciate their kindness, organization, and dedication to their patients. I highly recommend this Children's Choice to anyone looking for quality Dental care.

The staff at Children's choice took great care of our daughter. She is almost 12 and has severe autism and is mostly non verbal. The doctor and assistant were patient with her. They talked to her like any other person and they were so kind. These types of visits can be very difficult and this was such a great experience for us both. Bit every dentist is the same and this one was so good. I can't thank them enough for their patience and kindness. Thank you!!!

This place has gone down hill when we first started going here from the pictures they have posted that's what it looks like but I recently went to take my son back and it's gone down hill from the waiting room being packed and no sitting and the staff running around and laughing loud like it's high school. From having an appt and then seeing 4 other people that came in after us go before us then being told twice to see our insurance card because they cant cant scan it right. We waited an hour whats the point of having an appointment. The place looks run down with to many chair over booked I dont know if it's new owners now but they need corporate in there and fast. The staff talk way to fast you cant understand them and they joked around way to much one staff had to ask an other patient where her paper work was and it was still on the clip board by her desk. Come on do better.
