Great experience for my nephew! Selene the office manager was amazing from the moment he walked in he was greeted and welcomed with a smile. Selene made sure he was comfortable during his visit and sent him home with a goodie bag and toy.! He is excited to go back and asked to go when she is there. Thank you Selene

Very disappointing experience — especially when treating a child who is afraid of the dentist I am extremely disappointed with the way my grandson was treated at this dental office. He is a child who is genuinely afraid of the dentist and, like many children with dental anxiety, he can become nervous, wiggle, and have difficulty cooperating during cleanings, exams, and treatment. I understand that working with an anxious child can be challenging, but I expected patience, compassion, and an effort to make him feel safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. On multiple occasions—more than three different appointments—my grandson had difficulty opening his mouth for treatment. Instead of taking the time to comfort him, explain what was going to happen, build trust, or try another approach, the doctor became frustrated, removed their gloves, said, “I’m not doing this,” and walked out of the room. This was extremely upsetting to witness. A child who is already afraid of the dentist needs reassurance and patience, not to feel as though the dentist is frustrated or unwilling to work with them. I really like the service here and the workers are very sweet and nice , dulce is very nice and attentive every time I come and so is lety she very nice as well every time I come they are good at there job ! . I always look forward to my appointments every month .

Its rare for me to write a review but enough is enough. I been taking my kids here for four years everything was great at first. These last year has been horrible. Not sure if doctors changed or they don't appreciate there job anymore. Twice already I get told to go back for a filling. Get the appointment arrive have my kids in the back for an hour! For them to come out and say no cavities. Then why schedule appointments a waste of time. Just to bill the insurance, I'm done with this place. Both my kids have said they sit in the chairs just listening to the employees talk about personal things and until they are done talking they get to work. The only employee who has great service is a girl in the front with curly hair. The rest of the staff are rude!

If I could have no stars I would. My three-year-old was seen there today to get dental work done under sedation. The check-in was good and the girl behind the desk was nice. They came out and said that she needed a couple root canals and some cavities so I gave them permission . Everything seemed to go well up until it was time to go back and get my child. My child was laying on the table with very heavy breathing and blood coming out her nose. I happen to look in her mouth and there was still pieces of stuff in her mouth, whatever they were doing there was still in there and a pool of blood in the back of her throat no gauze no nothing for it. My daughter started to wake up and she was not doing so well and her hands curled up in her back arched and crying and screaming, and the lady just looked at me and said oh she’s OK to go home. I told her like this are you kidding me? They said yes like that that’s fine. I however, did not feel like she was OK so I was holding my daughter. She didn’t have her shoes on I had to ask the lady to help me put her shoes in the bag as she stood there and waited for me to try to hold my daughter while she’s arching her back and trying to get her dia
