I have been a patient here for over a year and it is by far the best medical care I have ever received. Dr. Bugarin and Sylvia are excellent. Overall my health has drastically improved in the time I’ve seen them. They deliver consistent, holistic, and personalized care. They check your full body and work to address everything because they genuinely care about all their patients. Also the nursing staff, additional chiropractors, and masseuse are all excellent as well. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Also their facility is so clean and nice. Their presence in downtown Irving has definitely improved the community. I love Central Medical Center and highly recommend it.

I took my son to this doctor and they gave him some medicine. At the pharmacy they try calling the clinic because they needed some specifications on the medicine. We weren’t able to get a ahold of them and I had to take my som To another doctor and pay Again. My son had tested positive for the flu and the medicine this doctor gave him was not even for the flu.

I'm writing this review in my mom's behalf. She went to the clinic a couple of days ago and they gave her prescription for her allergies/cold. (She also has high blood pressure) so they prescribed her that too. However, she noticed that one of them was making her feel even more sick and it's nothing related to her original symptoms. So she went back in yesterday just to make sure everything is okay because she started getting pain on her sides and her left eye, it looked like a small vein popped and made her eye bloodshot. Well, they told her it's just her muscles. So they prescribed her another medication. We're already worried that maybe the prescription is affecting her, but she's been going to this doctor for awhile. So obviously, trusted the doctor. She took the prescription note and Cvs would not accept it because they said its not a valid note. Reason, It doesn't have the doctor's license number. I didn't know it required a license number and without it, it doesn't validate that is a real prescription note. We called and called the clinic but no answer even CvS called and no answer. Very inconvenient just trying to get a hold of them. All too weird. It's just something that

I have visited this doctor for years, even before they moved locations. He's an excellent doctor and his receptionist is very sweet. The doctor is very professional and you will not wait for hours as you would with other doctors. I now have insurance and I still prefer to go here rather than use my insurance and go elsewhere.
