The quality of their work is pretty good, but they’re terrible about keeping their appointments. I can’t even remember the last time me or my kids had an appointment that didn’t get rescheduled at least twice before actually making it in. I don’t know if they have an issue with over booking or what but it is extremely frustrating. I then stupidly referred someone one here since I have been coming for about 10-11 yrs and they do good work, but they only made it to the first check up appointment and now the appt to actually get the work done has been rescheduled twice and it’s been months since they went for their original check up. Then they get told to come to their appt and they’ll see if they can be fit in? They had an appt, why do they have to be fit in? They definitely need to get that under control. I just moved dental offices for me and my kids because I don’t want to keep dealing with the rescheduling. And I apologized to my referral and recommended they go back to their old place or the place I just moved to.

I was a patient at Bright Smile for approximately 5 years. I found Dr. Kim to be too aggressive. I don’t like being manhandled. However her fillings and inlays were quality. Dr. Lee was less aggressive in style but her filling cracked after just 4 months. When I returned to have it fixed, the office was going to charge me $200 because now my tooth required an inlay. I refused to pay. I felt they should honor work done on a tooth so recently. Someone made a reference to tires. “Teeth are like tires, they wear out”. I told her, “If I buy a new tire and 4 months later it explodes, I’d bet the tire shop would give me a new free tire”.

Have been going to this dentist for years now. My brother and myself are patent's of this establishment and they are always professional and will talk you through any procedures that you may require. Very gentle hands and emacilant cleanliness and sterilization procedure done before and after every patient they have always been quick at scheduling appointments and will give you a call the day before to remind you about your appointment and if you give them your email address they will send you holiday cards via email and birthday card via email also so if you need Major teeth reconstruction or just need a through cleaning then give them a try they won't disappoint you...and are the most understanding dental office I've ever visited I use to got to Dr lands on eagle rock Blvd for a number of years but he retired a few years ago and I was forced to find another dentist and I'm so hyi made the decision to go too Bright smile dental and tell them Scott sent you hahahaha it won't get you any percentage of or anything and not will I receive anything in compensation for referring people....so go get your teeth cleaned here at bright smile dental and come out with some of the most whitest

Dirty stairs littered with trash to get to this office, dumpy office inside, rude staff. I was already getting nervous regarding this practice infection prevention measures implementation! Then, Denise (who called herself “the boss”)in the front office insisted I should have a full XRAYS evaluation before seeing the dentist. I declined to sign the consent, as I just had XRays 3 months prior, and asked that digital Xrays be requested from my prior dentist for Dr Kim’s review. I asked to meet and discuss my concern regarding unnecessary irradiation with Dr Kim, but Denise repeated that she would not see me without looking at her own Xrays first. “If you do not want to get XRAYS first, just leave and find another dentist!” Good idea, and good lesson as to how your office staff can make or break a practice! I am a physician.

I’m old so believe me when I say, I’ve been to many dentists in many cities. Michele Kim DDS is by far my favorite. Likewise her lovely staff. Sentiment aside, Dr Kim’s office technology is top of the line, from immediate or real-time screen views of teeth damage & repair or “x-rays” to the myriad techniques she and her staff have mastered for teeth & bite repair and enhancement. Certainly, None of this could happen for me, who longs for a beautiful smile, without Dr Kim’s financial services support person Denise. I wish I could name everyone who has courageously worked through covid including Dr Kim, the ladies who clean my teeth, fit my Invisalign, assist Dr Kim, Aricelle and Denise. To you all, I feel safe and well cared for. You all do professional, kind, amazing, efficient, wonderful work❣️ Thank You
