I called to see when my kids was due for vaccines and they said they didn't know. What??? I told the receptionist what do you mean you don't know? You work there don't you have the records? I asked if she could check, she said "no". What??? OK I'm moving my kids to nother clinic. This is unacceptable. I went to this clinic because I had an eye infection and when I got inside to get seen the lady who saw me was really rude. I told her what had happened and told her if I can can some pink eye eyedrops. She said yeah I'll give them to you. Nurse Vyen was rude from the beginning and said that I needed a physical. I told her can you just give me medicine for my eye for now please because that's what I came for, but she kept being rude and saying I needed to move an appointment for a physical. Then when I leave I get to the front desk to complain about her rudeness I find out she is just a nurse practitioner. So why is she being mean and acting like a real doctor. This is why I never come to this clinic and I perfer going to the one in orange.

The Demtiat is good when you are able to finally make an appointment. Or you are lucky enough to not to jab another job but walk in only Wednesdays as is the only day Anahaim office is open. Don’t you even try to leave messages as you will NEVER get a call back nor able to speak with someone on the phone. The phone system is absolutely useless! I can really my dental health to them Anymore!! They sent me to an specialist for an opinion and they say they will call me back, it’s been 5 months already and they haven’t called and it’s impossible to make an appointment because they haven’t texted or even called me back!

The doctor seems like a good Doctor but anything else from here is horrible . I needed 3 refurls urgent. The doctor submitted them and everything else after took weeks to get a response kept being told my refurls had been approved when I went to make these appointments I couldn't because the office never faxed them over I was told 7 -10 days it would take I called back and still hadn't been done. These people need to v be investigated for what they are doing. . . Office management needs to be held accounted for people's health and lack of services .

My first appointment I waited in a room for an hour before the doctor came to speak with me. The referrals that they sent me to don’t return phone calls or they sent me to the wrong place for a referral. Tried to make a dentist appointment and they told me that they couldn’t finish my root canal because they didn’t start it. And that I needed to go back to the doctor the starred. However the doctor that started it was a specialist that I was referred to and they no longer take my Insurance. My initial reason for going to the doctor was because of knee pain. It’s been 6 months and still no resolution to the knee pain. I made an appointment and drove all the way to Compton from Anaheim to see a specify doctor and although I saw him in the back when I walked in they sent another doctor in to speak with me. She didn’t even look at my chart she talked at me. For the follow up to that appointinsooke with another doctor over the phone and his first question to me was “have you lost any weight?” Proceeded to offer me diet pills but only wanted to give me naproxen for the pain of a suspected meniscus injury after i mentioned to him that it didn’t work when the other doctor prescribed it to
