Lady who took my insurance information mocked me “it must be so nice to be on daddy’s insurance”, “you’re so lucky”. I’m a college student???? This is pretty normal and also I’m an adult? I hadn’t even said anything I just gave her my card and she started making unnecessary comments while I just layed on my bed in the ER. This is an unacceptable way to treat a person and its even more unacceptable to treat a patient. This experience cost me $12,000 so thank god for daddy’s insurance 😍

One of my friends had a procedure so painful that she wet herself and they mocked her for crying in pain while she was in the recovery room, even though they had given her an allergen through her IV. Another friend of mine was forced to do physical therapy before they felt ready, which made them lose all progress, and the doctor forcibly discharged them anyway, while also putting in their chart that they had successfully completed the therapy. They had to be hospitalized again the next day with complications. So yeah don't go to this place. They might literally kill you, and if they don't, they'll mock you while you try to survive them. There are a lot of amazing nurses but they have no power.

The surgery staff were so kind, loving, thoughtful, skillfull, and knowledgeable. Every staff member that I encountered treated me with respect and care. Vincent, Carol, Marie, Autumn, Mark, Kristen etc, and the kind lady with glasses on the first floor who checked me in and the security man at the front door. God bless you all. You made my surgery so very special. Jesus loves you!!!! They laughed at my jokes and treated me like a family member.

I had a great experience this afternoon. I’m gonna go to the ER unfortunately nobody likes going to an emergency room, but it was really dreading the waiting and the cold and impersonal reception that you usually get from all of the staff. This is actually the second time I’ve had to go to this ER and I gotta say both times have been a pretty unbelievable experience good enough that I decided to leave a review. Everybody was extremely nice. It always depends on how busy a place is, but there were quite a few people there, but they took me in pretty quickly And it felt extremely efficient and friendly and caring. The doctors really took the time to listen to what was going on and probably solved a few other issues by getting to the “root cause“ so if you have to go to an ER and you have a choice. This might be the one.

Outstanding labor and delivery services! Every nurse, doctor, and staff member here is incredibly supportive and caring. I had the best birth experiences at this hospital. Although the building and rooms may not be as modern as some other hospitals, the quality of care and the dedication of the staff truly stand out. The employees here are exceptional. Everyone I know who has delivered at this hospital shares how much they loved their experience. I gave birth to both of my babies here (2024 and 2026), and each time was wonderful. The environment is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and they genuinely care about both mothers and babies. For normal and healthy conditions, mothers and babies are not separated at any time. The baby stays with the mother throughout the stay, and all doctors and nurses come directly to the room to perform tests and exams individually. This ensures both mom and baby receive all the necessary care and support without added stress. The entire team makes you feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
