I love, love, love Wincrest Orthodontics. I was so happy to find out they were located near me. Everyone here is always so kind and happy. I’ve never had a wait time. It’s always clean, and most importantly, it was the same team assisting me every time instead of a revolving door of staff like at my previous office. Shout out to Dr. John & the entire team. You all made my experience very easy. I will recommend you to everyone.

Our experience from start to finish was wondeful. We had a couple of consultation with Dr Ben a year before we actually started the treatment. We got a thorough exam each time with 3d X-ray no charge. They have state of art equipments. The office is never super crowded. Most of the time they were prompt we walked right in. This was very important. We all know how long waiting can be long at a doctor’s office. Every one here has good energy, friendly and professional. The office is modern and spacious. What I appreciate the most is you get 2 replacement retainers each year. I know too well that bounds to happen. My son found Dr Ben on social media and so happy I listened. The treatment took longer than anticipated because they wanted to make sure everything looked perfect. We very satisfied with the service and highly recommended Wincrest!

I had a great experience at Wincrest Orthodontics! Ryan, Claudia, and Dr. John were so helpful from beginning to end. Big shoutout to the whole team! They treated me almost like family throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions or needed something, they responded quickly and were always there to help. I originally thought I didn’t really need braces, but now I’m honestly in love with how my teeth are looking. The whole team made the experience comfortable and easy, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I honestly wouldn’t pick any other office over them. Highly recommend!

After nearly a year of research, we chose Wincrest Orthodontics for our son, and it was absolutely the right decision. Every other orthodontist we consulted wanted to pull four of his teeth to "make it work." Dr. Atere took a completely different approach, using Damon Braces; a system that works with the jaw's natural development to create space without extractions. It's better for jaw alignment, facial development, and even breathing — and it made all the difference. His teeth look perfect, and it was such a positive experience for him from start to finish! Dr. Atere is outstanding. His expertise is evident from the first appointment, and he genuinely cares about his patients. He made sure we understood every step of the process and always made Liam feel comfortable and at ease. And the staff? Unbelievable. Every visit, without exception, every single team member was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. This office runs like a well-oiled machine, but still feels personal and welcoming. We are so grateful we found them and couldn't recommend Wincrest Orthodontics more highly!
