I brought my sister here in July and she was seen by Nurse Kathy who did absolutely amazing! Nurse Kathy was able to help my sister calm down during an anxiety inducing situation all while treating her and making sure she addressed all of our concerns. For Kathy and front desk staff alone, I would give 5 stars! I took off two stars because the day I went, the air conditioning was down during a heatwave and left the clinic in unbearable working conditions for staff. Staff were taking turns cooling down in front of a single fan or using personal fans however, the distress was noticeable which was very valid considering the staff was there all day and possibly going through heat exhaustion themselves. Additionally, as a client, the waiting room was so hot that I also started feeling heat exhaustion, sweating, and was becoming irritable due to the extreme heat. Some clients walked in and walked back out without getting care and the ones who stayed commented on how hot it was. Staff would offer water but were limited to what they could do. I was there for about 2 hours so I can only imagine how that heat must have been affecting staff. It was not a safe working environment nor was it a

Dr. Bezama was incredibly professional, explained treatment options clearly and took time to answer questions. We never felt rushed. He made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Thank you so much nurse Kathy who administered IV fluids, was attentive, kind and took time to address concerns, creating a comfortable and safe environment for my daughter as she helped her with dehydration. The staff here is exceptional nurse Emily was friendly, explained exactly what she was doing and made us feel at ease before Doctor came in. Clinic was clean and the wait time reasonable. We will definitely be returning. They were all a major help for my daughter to feel her best.

I've only been here twice and each time was a wonderful experience. Lourdes at the front desk is very polite and professional. Diana and Kathy are super nice as well. I felt very welcomed and they listened to my concerns and made me feel seen/heard. Dr. Bezema has a great staff . Now whenever im sick or not feeling well I just come here.

Here is a polished and warm review you can post: Review: I came to this urgent care because I was experiencing dehydration, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The facility was busy, but they still made me feel cared for and supported. A special thank you to Kathy, who was an amazing nurse. She was kind, patient, and very reassuring during my visit. It’s clear that the entire team here is professional and dedicated to their patients. I really appreciate the compassion and efficiency of everyone who helped me. If you have a cold, this is the place for you—because they aren't in the slightest bit prepared to handle a real emergency or an illness they aren't even familiar with. They charge you $150 just to take your blood pressure and weigh you; then, a nursing intern comes in to tell you they can't do anything, and just like that, they walk away with your $150. Don't waste your time or money here; you will be sorely disappointed and feel completely ripped off.
