Steer clear of this dentist’s office! They overbook and understaff so badly that you will be waiting for hours for a rushed, sub-par service. I took 2 hours of PTO to attend a routine cleaning, and after waiting for 2 hours I had to leave and reschedule. My appointment was at 11AM and the staff said “we should be able to get to you by 1:30.” When I looked at the sign in sheet, I saw that they had booked 5 other people also for 11AM when they were telling me they only had one hygienist working. How are you going to see 6 people at once with one hygienist? They rescheduled me for 9am a few weeks later and said I’ll get the first appointment of the day. After many text reminders for 9am, the day before they suddenly told me my appointment is actually at 9:30 because their hygienist won’t be in until later. They never asked me, they just changed it! They swore up and down I’d be the first patient of the day after waiting so long prior, then I sat in the waiting room as they called several patients before me! This is not my first bad visit here. I came in for an ortho consult today and was immediately greeted from the front staff ( Cindy and Noeli) with a warm welcome. After having my consult the tc (Jenny) worked with me on making my payment and even offered payment plans if I couldn’t pay for it all in one day. Dr. Vahe is truly an amazing doctor he is so sweet and talks kindly and Anabel the manager is wonderful. She is very kind and was excited for me after getting my braces. If you are looking to get braces I truly recommend coming here

I had a great experience at West Coast Dental of Monrovia. Cindy at the front desk was very helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Illana was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Anabel was also amazing—very professional and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of properly. The whole team was friendly and efficient, and the office felt clean and welcoming. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly and took their time with me. Definitely recommend this location!

I had a great experience at this dental office from start to finish. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The office itself is clean, organized, and has a very positive atmosphere. I especially want to highlight Noeli TC, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism really stood out and made a big difference in my experience. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a team that truly cares about their patients.

My first visit at West Coast Dental was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and cared for. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ben, who took the time to thoroughly go over my diagnosis. Anabel, the office manager, was incredibly helpful when it came to discussing the financial aspect of my treatment. She was patient, kind, and made sure I understood all my options, which made the process much less stressful.Overall, this office truly puts patients first.
