This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I had a really great experience! The entire team was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I especially want to mention Robni at the front desk. He was very kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone was professional and welcoming, which made my first visit a great one. I definitely recommend this dental office

This is my regular dentist office and in the past I've always had good experiences, but now I don't like some of the new changes they've made. For one, you have to use a qr code now to check-in, and two, the receptionist staff all look new. I was waiting to be helped for my next appointment and they glanced at me and ignored me.

I AM A VICTIM REGRETS They messed up my teeth, now my jaw and gums hurt from trying to hold them together, I think it's a deliberate action in order to sell me another thing that will help, I wanted a simple cleaning and they insisted I needed a filling! This Asian woman doc Chun I believe is her name, gets angry when you ask questions about your diagnosis and rashes you, she acts confused when you catch her in a lie, when I asked to see my teeth before and after the filling, they refused to show me, she disappeared and sent in someone to send me away, I refused and they kept sending in different people, she never returned, the guy assisting her never returned as well. I came back later and met the manager, I explained to him when he asked and he called in the person that will do my cleaning ( why I came in in the first place before I was deceived to do a filling that I didn't think I needed) after the cleaning, I see asked to see the after and before which they tried dodging with a lot of excuses that I refused to buy! Disclaimer: I am a dental student. Imagine wasting your time and having your perfectly healthy teeth drilled out just to get scammed. I am writing this review because I do not want to see any innocent people go through this. I went in on Saturday for a regular cleaning. After 3 hours of waiting, an Asian female dentist who didn't even introduce herself came in and told me that I had 2 CAVITIES. This really surprised me since in my 26 years of life I NEVER had a single cavity. She didn't even show or explain the X-rays. She simply took some photos of my teeth and pointed out what she called "cavities," when they just looked like stains. As a dental student, we've already learned about caries diagnosis and the classifications of cavities. When I asked her, "Is this a Class I on #14?" she frowned and replied, "What is that?" After I clarified that I was a dental student, she went "Oh yeah it is." At that point, I felt very suspicious. Since I had already been trained on how to read X-rays, I tried to diagnose myself and did not see any carious lesions. I thought to myself, " I am still a student and have yet to become familiar with diagnosis," so I booked the filling appointment an

I am very satisfied with the service at this office. Yes, it is a busy place but very well managed. I did notice the Manager (Mariano) handing issues left and right to make sure things run smoothly. I will also like to highly recommend Dr. Reza, he did an amazing job with my smile! 😊 He truly cares about patient satisfaction. I am happy!! Thank you so much 🙏.

Came in for my appointment today was immediately greeted by the young man in the front I believe his name was Rodney. The staff were all amazing and I was seen quickly within my arrival time, which i appreciate because the wait times here have been crazy recently.. They even made it easy for me to schedule my next appointment. Office was clean and organized and the whole staff was professional.

I’ve been coming to West Coast Dental for over 10 years, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. It feels like they either have ongoing staffing issues or they’re overbooking appointments. The last several visits, I’ve waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. At this point, you should expect to spend at least 2+ hours there, even for a simple visit. It honestly defeats the purpose of making an appointment if you’re not going to be seen anywhere near that time. They really need to either stagger appointments better or take on fewer patients so they can stay on schedule.

Although there was a slight issue with my insurance, they still honored their promise. I'm very grateful for their honest and trustworthy work ethic. You can rest assured that choosing this dental hospital is a good choice. I hope to have the opportunity to entrust my and my family's dental care to them again in the future. Thank you so much.
