⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am beyond grateful for West Coast Dental on Highland in Fontana. My 10-year-old son had been dealing with significant tooth pain for weeks after having dental work done at another established pediatric dental office. I took him back to that office more than once because he continued complaining about pain. Each time, I expressed that something did not seem right. His X-rays were reviewed, but I was told they didn’t see anything concerning and that we needed to make sure he was flossing and using Sensodyne. Even after returning again because the pain continued, the focus was still on whether he was flossing properly or possibly had food stuck between his teeth. Eventually, my son’s pain became unbearable. He was crying throughout the night and couldn’t sleep, and he developed a high fever and was sweating. As his mom, I knew something was wrong, so I decided to get another opinion and brought him to West Coast Dental. I am SO thankful that I did. The dentist at West Coast Dental was incredibly thorough. They took multiple X-rays, really listened to what I was telling them, and took the time to investigate why my son was experiencing so much pain. They discovered a major

I visited this dental office because I was experiencing severe tooth pain and was hoping to receive treatment. Unfortunately, I left without my pain being addressed or any solution to help manage it. The experience was extremely disappointing. I provided my insurance card, yet no one explained what was billed to my insurance or how much they charged. I still have no idea what was submitted, which raises serious concerns about the lack of transparency. It makes me question what they billed when so little was done to help me. I needed a tooth extracted, and if they had been willing to treat me, they could have performed the extraction instead of sending me away while I was still in severe pain. This experience also made me question whether my insurance information is being handled responsibly. After the way I was treated and the complete lack of explanation about the billing, I no longer have confidence in how this office handles patients or their personal information. I left feeling ignored, with no sympathy, compassion, or indication that anyone cared about the pain I was experiencing. I had a horrible experience at this place. They are unfriendly, dishonest and disrespectful! I went there for a routine dental cleaning. After waiting exactly one hour, I approached a staff member to make sure I hadn't been forgotten. Rather than apologizing for the delay, she simply told me to keep waiting because they were running a little behind schedule. Eventually, I was taken to an exam room, where I waited another 40 minutes before being seen. In total, I spent nearly three hours at the clinic for what was supposed to be a routine dental cleaning. The long wait was frustrating, but the poor service was even worse. After all that time, a staff member spent less than five minutes doing a brief cleaning with a metal scraper and then told me the cleaning was complete. The entire visit felt rushed and inadequate. Going to this clinic costs you time, money, and peace of mind. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Martinez is an outstanding dentist who truly knows how to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. After visiting several dentists in the past, I can honestly say the level of professionalism, patience, and attention he shows is on another level. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and creates an environment where you feel confident about your treatment and your smile. Blanca made today’s visit welcoming from the beginning, Vanessa has helped me more than once with insurance questions with kindness and professionalism, and Eileen at the front desk always makes scheduling easy around my availability. Wendy, the manager, also showed great attention to detail during my Perio Protect measurements and made sure I left feeling comfortable and presentable. I have now completed three visits with exceptional service every single time, including my deep cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction handled by a wonderful hygienist and oral surgeon. My son was incredibly nervous about getting braces, but the orthodontist and the staff were so patient and gentle. They took the time to explain every step, which really put him at ease. Now he actually looks forward to his check-ups. The treatment plan was clear from day one, and there were no hidden costs, highly professional, and the office is always clean and efficient.
