. I had an appointment today, and only after the appointment was finished was I informed that my insurance was no longer in network. This should have been communicated to me before any treatment was provided, not afterward. I was also told that they had emailed my mother, but then they said that because I am now 18, they no longer need to communicate with her. Regardless, this information should have been clearly communicated to me at the beginning of my appointment so I could make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor communication with this office. Last year, there was a balance due, and my mother repeatedly emailed asking for details but never received a clear response. The office claimed they had sent an email, but it was vague and did not explain the charges. My mother paid the balance, and we were also asked to leave a $100 deposit for future visits, which we had no issue doing. At my previous appointment, I specifically asked to have my teeth shaved down. Again, no one informed me there would be an additional charge until after the procedure was completed. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy my visits to Walnut Creek Dental Studio! First and foremost the staff are all professional, skilled, friendly, and did I mention all female? This is where you want to go for your dental needs if you want a warm welcoming environment, a dedicated care team, and just an overall positive experience! Thankfully I was clearly communicated with as far as billing, insurance, and my care plan because the world of dental care can be so confusing and misleading without all of the proper information. Asking the question and getting the answers I needed built my trust right away and then all of my treatments have been handled by a skilled dentist who makes me feel confident in her work and knowledge. I will definitely be returning to this dental office for anything I need in the future!

I was a patient at Walnut Creek Dental Studio for about three years. My care was routine, and my experiences were generally positive—I even referred several friends. My only prior complaint was that their billing and reimbursement process was cumbersome and inconvenient. For the first time in three years, I needed to cancel an appointment because of a family emergency. I was told I would be charged a $70 cancellation fee. I asked whether they could make an exception, but they declined, explaining that the policy was included in the paperwork I had signed when I became a patient three years earlier, which I don't remember. Rather than cancel, I rearranged everything and made it to the appointment. A month later, I received a letter stating that the practice would no longer provide me with dental care because we had been "unable to reach a mutual understanding regarding our appointment policies and related fees." That decision is what I find most concerning. This wasn't a pattern of missed appointments or repeated conflicts—it was a single attempted cancellation due to a family emergency, and I ultimately kept the appointment anyway. Excellent customer service. Latest equipment. Extremely knowledgeable staff. I had been going to a dentist for 45 years, who just retired. I could not be more pleased or grateful to have been introduced to Dr. Davidson and her staff! Highly recommended.

I visited the clinic due to a toothache and sensitivity, and I was truly impressed by the warm and attentive care I received. From the friendly and welcoming lady at the front desk to Dr. Ghasemi, who is highly knowledgeable and incredibly patient, the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Ghasemi is very caring and makes sure her patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. Her assistant was also kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist.
