I have been going to vintage dental for over 15 years. Even when they fell out of network for my insurance I still continued to go to them due to the standards and quality of care of the team they have here. No where else has put my mind at ease and taken the level of consideration and care that they have, especially during my pregnancy and with complex and expensive dental visits. I could not recommend them more highly. If you want somewhere you KNOW you can trust, this is the place. My entire family goes here and they are without a doubt the best dental group we’ve had. It is one really pleasant visit overall! I got an opportunity to visit them today a my filling fell off last night and painful, they managed to get me a same day visit surprisingly when we call in considering their busy schedule. The front office people are very friendly, checked me in and a few minutes later I enter the operation room. Instead of going straight ahead to re-fill, they did an x-ray to make sure my tooth is in acceptable condition to do a re-filling, very cautious and safe practice. Then they even offered to do the re-filling the same day, very efficient and thoughtful considering nowadays long time scheduling. Overall, very professional, efficient, patient-centered and safe care!

Awareness Post: I had a estimates and insurance confering issue with this office. In terms of trying to get accurate estimates over onsite estimates. That unfortunately led to me going to another dentist for a servcie because they refused to give an accurate estimate or rather they failed to submit the procedure to the insurance to get an accurate estimate. I did my final service in October. At that time again I was given an estimate, I paid a copay, and get the procedure done. Only to be billed later for more money because the estimate was incorrect. Arguably you could say that amount would have to be paid regardless. But if customers are getting hit with hidden pills or fees because internal estimates are wrong, thats a onsite issue. Not a customer one. Its a real lack of transparency. This is just to inform individuals, just incase thats a pet peeve. It was for me when it comes to billing. "Measure twice, cut once."

Amazing staff and Dentist. I have been coming here for 25 years. Everyone at Vintage Dental over the past 2 decades has been professional, courteous, and very empathetic. My family is always comfortable and treated like we are their family. Thank you again.

This group of people are amazing absolutely! Me and my husband have been with them for quite a few years. I am impressed totally today for their professional and passionate service. I came to get my fillings redone: in general people tend to treat this kind of stuff as negative to both sides, and forget that this can be a great opportunity to improve your customer’s experience and transform into a loyal customer. Most people enjoy the good service but everyone will treasure how they are treated when things go wrong. They redo my fillings just the same way like they did for the first time, no attitude and no hard feelings. When it comes into one minor color difference spot between your tooth and filling, even the doctor says “only one person in the world can see it, but I can fix it!”, his statement really surprised me, what a great attitude! Time to time there can be dissatisfaction here and there, but the attitude presented by the owner doctor will always be the soul of care, and keep this business going really long and far into future. So if you really want to get your teeth taken care of and done right, and be treated kindly, vintage dental will be your choice.
