I would definitely give 0 stars if I could! They lie & say they need to charge $250 to everyone. My reason was a needed CT scan. Which was a lie. I have had an infection since having my teeth removed & I have huge lumps on my bottom gums. Pieces of bone keep popping out. There’s currently 3 lumps that have bone coming out. Don’t recommend at all! They also over book! And they need to give better aftercare instructions! Ok so 3 months later & I still have huge lumps in my gums. The way the carelessly pulled my teeth have made it so hard to now wear dentures.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. First of all they schedule multiple people at once. Then they start charging you things that were never discussed from the get go. I went in and they were trying to charge me 250$ for a CT scan, THEN when I had everything signed they tell me it’s going to be another 900$ for a bone graft . That I don’t even need . I came in for extractions. This place is a total robbery. I ended up leaving and not nothing any procedures done. Pretty sure this is a tactic to try to get people to pay them and still charge your insurance. Before me, they were trying to charge a woman 250$ for general anesthesia, they ended up not charging her at all because she was making a scene in the front. Save yourself the time and money. Don’t come here.

Came here 7am 01/17/2025 to have my 4 wisdom teeth extracted, nurses were hospitable, surgeon was 2 hours late he ended up arriving close to 10am extraction was done quickly, now what I did not appreciate was the minimal aftercare instructions given and literally one sheet with very few items i am allowed to eat for a minimum of 2 weeks, I think they need to get with the times and make a bigger list, no one going through wisdom teeth pain wants the burden of googling aftercare especially when I came out of pocket 1250 dollars. I mean it just seems flat out lazy and inconvenient, other then that he did great work.

Highly recommend this place, had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed, staff is very friendly and professional. Staff made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Staff also made sure to keep me updated on all the information I needed, very help, employees made sure my mom was informed as well and she speaks spanish! Overall, very good service!

Nice spot, my wisdom teeth were extracted at 10:30am so I went to my pharmacy right after and no communication was made about my meds. Went again at 3:30pm and yet again nothing. Called to ask about my prescription and if there was one made…. They told me they’d send it in at that moment. I honestly hate that I had to call for my prescription to get sent to my pharmacy and now I have to wait for for the pharmacy to prepare it whenever they do receive the information from this office.
